Today, we are beyond excited to present our new single / video "Daffodils" from our upcoming album "Nadir", to be released September 20th. This is what we have been pouring our hearts and souls into for the last year and probably the heaviest and strongest song on the album, so finally releasing this feels very cathartic to me personally. I would like to thank our friends J.J. & M.S. (Harakiri for the sky / Karg) for their contributions to this song. For our brother Mike, you are sorely missed. Thank you all for listening.
My friend took his own life last year and found comfort in hfts and Wiegedood before he did. I heald with Amenra and Groza. This is no coincidence. Stay strong everyone
what a cinematography loved the visuals its beyond something else its worth all the hype its worth the waiting hope you guys keep doing something together greetings from turkey i hope you guys make a concert again in turkey all together
HFTS, Karg, and Groza all helped me through the toughest time in my life and this collaboration between them all is just incredible. Rest in Peace Mike.
I member when everyone was calling Groza a Mgla copy, and I've been saying for a long time they're a lot more like HFTS. This song is almost indistinguishable from HTFS. Obviously, it featured members from HTFS, so that didn't help, but I think we can just lay the whole "Mgla copy" to rest now. They are definitely more in the same vein with HTFS. None of that is a problem btw, just pointing it out.
No other genre of music can make all those bad emotions feel so relatable. All those emotions that are so close to every human being... it's weird to say it but I fucking love it so much! Black metal, atmoapheric black metal, suicidal depressive black metal and so on - it's like a dark therapy..🖤
@@duurnamets9678 most definitely. My grandmother had dementia and deteriorated severely the last two years of her life. I never got the chance to be my full authentic self around her and I won’t ever be able to know what that’s like. Karg helped ease the grief in a lot of moments.
There’s this French word which would transcribe a mixture of feelings between melancholy and rage, “atrabilaire” (I guess we’d say “atrabilary”). This song and this band, in extend, to me perfectly serves it, also serves me, in ways I am really grateful for. Taking a bit of loneliness away, for a starter… the album’s gonna be released on my birthday, so going to try and hang on tight until then, I wanna hear it all. Great jobs guys
I lost a friend several years ago. I remember just chilling at home and came across the post. It felt like my insides just dropped and i just slowly just felt emtionally hollow. I never got to meet him but we had a lot of great conversations about different topics, extreme metal being one of them. I miss the dude, i wish i could talk and joke with him again.
If you see/hear a song that starts really chill, tranquilly but depressive af at the same time, beware that it'll continue after a while as (ferociously) melodeath or one of subgenres of black/death metal. I'm in love with this fact for real \o/
Wow, a new masterpiece of sadness. Listening in repeat. Congratulations Groza and AOP Records for this beautiful gift. Just what i need to relieve me from my anxiety attack. Thanks AOP Records for putting high the torch of Black through the years !
My relationship ended a few weeks ago, in 3 days he's moving out and im all alone again. Groza's new album helped me cope with it. 7 oktober going to see them live in The Netherlands.
Nadir is definitely helping me to process some stuff as well, truly special album. Just discovered them recently and I'll probably be at the same show :)
This is a masterpiece,Groza has a spot in my hearth since ive seen them live in a small venue called "Shadows" and now Rockwave in my hometown back in 2019,spoke with the guys for like an hour, such cool people! Keep up the awesome work guys! Cheers🖤🖤🤘🤘
Yes bro music can bring us together I lost a dear friend last year he had everything great job family a lot of us will never have. But depression is uncontrollable. Its well unexplainable. In many ways. I used to sf harm had a shit upbringing but never told anyone whish my friend had as I would of done anything for him. N people that judge us for emotional music. Well fuck them. Stronger the all x
Sehr guter Song und starkes Video! Hoffe, dass wir auch bald wieder Harakiri For The Sky wieder als Hauptinterpret auf einem Song/Album auf dem Kanal sehen können🤘🏻
I think Groza do it right: progressive elements combined with melodeath and postblack. Something new, warmly recommended for fans of Karg, HFTS and the like
6:01 - 9:06 This right here, this fucking shit, is my new favorite piece of black metal ever written. Heart-wrenchingly beautiful, one of the purest expressions of depression and grief. You best believe I'm getting this album on vinyl

Damit habt Ihr Euch selbst übertroffen. Absoluter Hammer!
One of the heaviest tragedies of life is saying farewell to friends far too young. A million questions unanswered. Beautiful, heartrending song.
Not only the young ones believe me.

Their songs are always so epic and emotional
Song of the year
Another incredible piece of art, both musically and visually, with touching lyrics and a sublime aesthetic.
Their best song by far
To be honest, this song could fit on the Harakiri for the Sky album. I mean, this is even better than the recent rework of that album...
