"Anarchism stands for the liberation of the human mind from the dominion of religion and liberation of the human body from the coercion of property; liberation from the shackles and restraint of government. It stands for a social order based on the free grouping of individuals." ~ Emma Goldman

I really like them too, but at the end they read "CrimethInc" in the recommended readings as "KRIM-Eth-Ink" when I have only ever heard it pronounced "Crime Think". It was so jarring I began to question if I have been pronouncing it wrong this whole time or if they were an AI reader 😂 In all seriousness, I am very grateful to have found this recording. Listening to books while I read along is by far the easiest way for me to get through a book like this
"They do not want to know that centralization is not only the death-knell of liberty, but also of health and beauty, of art and science, all these being impossible in a clock-like, mechanical atmosphere." ~ Emma Goldman
The best example I’ve found of why decentralization is so critical is in the chapters on Greece from Nationalism and Culture by Rocker…and this incredible channel provides the audio. Thank you Audible Anarchist♥️
I read through the book twice, and both times, but especially the second, I found it quite a gripping read for whatever reason. Maybe it was the prose or the great number of examples.
Glad to have this to listen to

Such a beautiful quote.
@@dannymcguire3623 Thanks
The print version of this book is £40! That's hardly anticapitalism

I really like this narrator. There's something personal and friendly but confident about his voice.

Great book, I have a copy of this myself. Glad you folks are doing an audio version.
