I appreciate your smaller tool holders that accommodate one or two tools. Many other options I've seen have slots for five or six tools, often including the chargers, which leaves no room for expansion unless you create something with double the capacity you currently need. A smaller, modular design is definitely the way to go. The same goes for your clamp holders.
My father had the same RAS he bought in the late 60's. He then bought a newer one in the mid 90's (which I still have). I replaced my dad's contractor table saw with a cabinet saw 6 years ago. The best part of the cabinet saw is the terrific fence. I never considered buying a better fence for the old saw. That would have enabled me to put off buying the cabinet saw for a few more years. But I do enjoy the cabinet saw a lot.
That cup holder has potential! I think you want the cup to be higher than the arm of the chair and maybe the yeti is. I'd incorporate a hidden compression spring that would normally squeeze the chair arm, and you would need to pull on a boss of some type to take the spring pressure off and remove the holder. That way there are no knobs to deal with. I'd also try making it capable of one hand operation. Anytime you can eliminate a step it's worth the time and thought it took to bring you there.
Great shop. Mine has been a work in progress for 10 years (since I moved in), lol. Lots of great ideas. I'm looking forward to seeing the miter station build. That one I'm going to be doing soon. I think I'm going to make a miter cart that will sit on feet in the miter station, but can lower casters and pull out of the bench and use elsewhere when needing move capacity. You definitely have a larger shop then my 10 X 12 shop. You make good use of your space too. I have most of my tools now, still missing a couple, but I will get them soon enough. Nice shop. You mentioned a new miter station, and you mentioned it needing to have some kind of dust hood or enclosure but if you would prefer not to have a dust hood, you might consider some of the aftermarket dust ports from Shop Nation. He has designs for a number of saws including some saws that are rail forward. You just remove the factory port and replace with his design. I haven’t tried his out yet but I have heard the dust collection is quite impressive. Festool Kapex levels of collection or better is what I heard. I even heard he solved some of the reduced performance issues that the factory dust ports have when the slider saws are extended out.

Nice setup! Quick question on the table saw fence. What modifications(holes drilled etc.) did you have to do to get the fence system to work with the table saw?
I'd kill for a 20x24 shop. Try using a 8x15 with a 24" wide set of stairs in it. I have several flip carts. In this tiny shop I have 10" table saw Drill press Grinder Jointer Surface planer Belt sander Sliding crosscut saw Work bench So cramped.
I hear you there. Prior to this I was in an 8ft x 16ft and it was very tight to fit everything, but made it work as you do. When we bought a new home, it was a prerequisite to have a shop that was a bit bigger 😁. Thanks for watching!

Twice as large as my shop. My shop is in a 12x20 barn/shed. I'm still in the beginning of setting it up.

Just had to drill a couple holes front and back in the edge of the cast iron and line up the track slots and that was it. Thanks for watching!
