    Stay away from nut and seed oils, should mention more about the nutrition density of red meat and organs.

    For the ignoramuses, white milk means raw milk. This is a luxury on islands because of the lack of space for pasteurising livestock, and he lives on an island.

      That's for sure! Maybe it's OK for children who need higher levels of IGF-1 growth hormone becasue of being small or wanting to play basketball competitvely. But all the bovine estrogens? No thanks.

      Its full of nutrients and good fat and minerals. Grass fed if possible.
