    Thank you for sharing this work, I have always wondered how to take care of your neck muscles and the preparation to get there!

      You definitely need to strengthen your neck muscles. So take care and slowly overtime you'll be doing a head stand! But, the more life in your center and connection to your seat the less you're going to feel in your neck.
