My cousin always had super painful cramps and finally when she got married, her husband got worried and force her to go to the hospital. Turns out she got a freaking huge cyst near the womb. So it's better to just go and check it up if it's super painful

btw girls you can keep a heat pack in ur bag along with your pad in case of a period . Normally I get my cramps a few hours after my period starts so I find a heat pack very handy ( you can find the stick on ones in daiso for cheaper options )
Or during your period you can also drink hot ginger tea instead of eating painkillers :)

Menstrual is a very common cycle for ladies. If there is no menstrual, then the lady would not be able to give birth.. Cheers to all ladies! No need to be shy or feel ashamed! Cheers to myself as I'm a lady too...
I switched to menstrual cups and it was a total life changer. I still find it difficult to use but it also feels as if I'm not on my period. Why not have a topic on reusable pads or menstrual cups or... how to dispose one-time use pads properly 😂

OMG YA SKDHDDJHD sometimes in the toilet I see used pads lying on the sanitary bin like wtf they could have just threw it inside or at least wrapped it up properly
Well an adult taught me that to dispose a pad you must:
1. I dont remember but I think you fold it ( or just leave it flat )
2. Then put it in a envelope
3. Theeennn lastly throw it away in one of those bins or something
@@sping1748 I just wrap the folded pad with the plastic that was wrapping around the new pad that I used then dispose it in a sanitary bin
my most embarrassing story is i thought periods come once every two months😂

I fainted twice too when i was in school cos the pain was so unbearable. After i got a baby, the pain is not as bad as last time. I don't have to take painkillers anymore

Sometimes I think that in Singapore, everyone has to go through something in their life. Be it holding gun and running around without knowing what you're really running from or to bleed every month. Its Singapore, everyone has to go through a hardship.

I really hate teacher who doesnt allow student to go to toilet during their lesson. Even it s period, pee, or poop its something you can postponed duh. It s not healthy to hold it.

no its elevated because they are more sensitive during it and the cramps in her vaginal walls makes her a bit more tighter unless she knows how to tighten her vagina walls during sex
Don't blame the guys, they are very ignorance wrt tis. Cut them some slack. Esp those who doesn't have close friends who are girls or sisters. I am one of them. Learn something new everyday. Good video.
