I'm happy to have come across your channel. i so miss home. I left Jamaica just in 2022, when I left that store wasn't yet there. This store tho is amazing
Good addition to Drax Hall. I dont like excavators 😅 my fisrt time was on the one at Fontana kng. Mannn, those ppl were laughing at me. I was scared of it 😂
Did i see that correctly...$119,999JA for a playstation 5? Wow that the equivalent of US$768. You can buy that in the US for US$300 less than what its sold for in Jamaica. No wonder why the Chinese love to open business in JA. The markup is crazy. Thats what the govt do, they cut ribbons for big businesses while little people cant even get paid minimum wage. Development is not good looking roads and buildings but a chance for upward mobility for everyone.
We don't know which direction a community will Grow so all you can do is have a futures projection design ! Build in the wrong direction is not a good thing
The escalator being in Courts is a major highlight of the kind of infrastructure being set up for Drax Hall, St. Ann. Let's not overlook that there is an elevator there too, having an elevator and an escalator in the same facility in Jamaica is a rarity I believe. And this building has one of the largest second floors of any Courts on the island, compared to the usually small size of most other Courts' second floors islandwide. I said this before and say it again: Drax Hall is going to be like the new Ironshore of St. Ann. For context, Ironshore is by far the most deluxe and luxurious looking neighbourhood on the North Coast, and Drax Hall appears to be heading in that direction. Other places in Jamaica have an escalator, but I think this is the first Courts to have one. Loving all the quality infrastructure developments taking place in Drax Hall and that side of St. Ann. But yes, the government seriously needs to prioritize the road development and expansion in St. Ann, especially Drax Hall. St. Ann is rife with many road bottlenecks due to rapid expansion of the tourism infrastructure; fortunately Drax Hall does not have a bottleneck and can be expanded sufficiently.
It's a shame Anju, was not signing new road contracts for rural roads instead of cutting pretty ribbon fi Courts? Suh Chang too busy removing batteries from the police body cameras? Courts with it's mediocre 3ply high price wooden furniture this is not impressive look behind the whole of this and you see what Jamaica is really like come on now people don't let this fool you what the little escalator and lift frightened onnu kmt
But people should also know that people in other countries who are living good is not because of the government. It's because of private business. Millions of them that provide jobs Create tax .that government can spend. But it seems like many Jamaican are not aware of where the money comes from for those government to do certain things. Then Jamaican say why can't our government do the same. How can they without the tax income from tax payer's

Courts is a rip off furniture store. They don't sell well made items 😂😂😂 They already have a big store less than 5 miles away in Ocho Rios 😮

So you haven't heard about the $40 billion for roads all over the country that will be starting soon and it's not borrowed from like before
