Engine Masters tested a 10:1 383 with the same heads and cam that I have. They got 471 hp & 483 ft lbs on an engine dyno. Mine is a 9.63:1 355 with a different intake. I’d say mine would be a solid 400 hp on an engine dyno.
Message to anyone reading this and your about to start on a project vehicle: Buy transmission fluid from Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply or anywhere else other than auto parts stores. You will save a lot of money.
What do you estimate the hp at??
