I was always told to keep the trail elbow down and close to my lead and I always felt uncomfortable and powerless. I guess this move you are showing would be considered a floating trail elbow and I see based upon how this video how it works with body and produces a much better swing. This makes so much more like a flowing and powerful move.

Very helpful. Audio does get lost when Dana is close talking to student. And would be great if we can see Dana when he’s demonstrating some of the moves.

The title should say only for Athletes, haha, the golf world is in 2 directions right now, if your an Athlete and can play golf, Know ones better than Dana, if you suck and been slicing every drive into another fairway for 20 years learn from coaches who concentrate on more arm and wrist level speed, forget about body rotation being the motor for your swing, and I'm not being a dick, I'm being honest, if you've been playing golf more than a couple years and can't control the club head learn that first, please! I believe Dana's golf mind is absolutely brilliant, but it will only work if you're a pure Athlete,, period.oh a quick edit, Brock is a pure Athlete, unbelievably pure.If i had that form i couldn't care less where the ball went, its just a thing of beauty!!

Hi Dana, in regards with driver does the hand path still work down the line? or do we focus more on the moment arm of pressure releasing the club without thinking of hand path?

Good question, most of the time it’s a good thing to have both. In this case we did not show hand path.
