I remember when I first read manga, reading it backwards was a bit jarring, but I personally got into the rhythm of it really quickly. If the dialogue and panel layout is good you barely notice the shift. Now I just get a little confused if I’m jumping between comics and manga. I just need a second to adjust and recalibrate my brain and I’m all good. Honestly the reading right to left is such a small barrier and it’s nothing to be intimidated by. You’ll get the hang of it really quickly, and your world will be opened up to all the wonderful stories that manga has to offer. Speaking of which…… Chainsaw man is an absolute marvel. The anime has barely touched on all the great characters and twists and drama that the manga has to offer. I’ve got the box set for the first 11 volumes and it’s an amazing journey.

Berserk got me hooked on Manga, especially the deluxe editions. I got used to reading backwards after the first volume or so. (Each deluxe contains 3 volumes)
