For what it is worth, I find this indicator very accurate. I backtested (on a spreadsheet) a weekly time frame for a 20 year period for 10 different index type ETFs (I find index ETFs price actions more predictable than general stocks) and it had a 90% win rate. However, it slightly underperformed buy and hold. My only reason I would like to use this is to avoid massive downfalls. I havent used it yet, I only saw this video about 2 weeks ago. But it is on my list of good trading indicators. Also, for the life of me, the trade signal is unclear to me. Im not sure what conditions set the buy/sell signals, but it seems to work well. If someone could make a Trend Sniper strategy backtester in Tradeview, that would be great!
