What happens in Himalayas is sunlight gets reflected from snow clad mountains amounting to strong sunlight on the other side. So it's advisable to always apply sunscreen lotion of SPF 30/50 and for lips always a moisturizer because of dry and cold weather lips tend to dry quicker resulting in brittle lips.
