Gerry Murray- I get the same thing. I think we bought fake cables 😩. All I see is a QR code on the right lower side of my tv. If I plug in my phone it mirrors the screen for about 1 minute then it freezes

This cable it’s shit ! don’t works after iOS update , and if your server contract it’s not included hot spot option ( cause it’s a bit more expensive ) than what ? U can’t update !!
This is stupid... It's a cable and shouldn't need casting at all.... I think it's false advertising when they sell these as direct plug adapter. It's nothing more than a casting device.
