Hi, i need help please, i buy a usb to hdmi adapter of redlink. The SKU is 401674 ! On the box it's write compatible with IOS/Android i scan the QR code but there is no app to download. I try EZcast app from the box and try everything, but don't work. I ask support of the QR code and it's chinese. I have a Samsung Galaxy A02 (Android) and i want my adapter work on my smart tv TCL. I have always the picture with butterfly and QR code on my smart tv ! Help please ☹️

I’m not sure what I’m doing different but none of this is working for me. Any suggestions? It keeps telling me that my hotspot isn’t on and to make sure both devices are on the same network. I’m at home. So they’re on the same network.

This is stupid... It's a cable and shouldn't need casting at all.... I think it's false advertising when they sell these as direct plug adapter. It's nothing more than a casting device.

I am connected (iphone to a monitor) and can see the video, but can not get any audio. How do I get audio?
Audio goes through the adapter(HDMI). if your monitor has a speaker it will play the audio. It would be best to connect to a TV,you can watch & hear the audio.
If you are casting content with digital rights management, it will only do audio.
I bought a cheap one, and it worked great for a week. Now I just get that square picture, whatever it's called.

You have to give the permission to screen mirror by entering the iPhone unlock pin.
Mine works fine without any updates why mess with it? When should I need to update it
only update firmware when the video/audio stop working due to new iOS version or updates

@@rubyakhter4113 You know what, I didn't figure out the hotspot problem, I didn't even do anything, but it works after I switched back from OTA to Plug & Play mode, you can try, I hope that works to you too, good luck!
