Oh god, the "hit your kids" people. I once wrote an essay on why corporal punishment is an ineffective teaching strategy at best and at worst just teaches kids to fear their parents for a class, and when I presented it good lord did some of those people justify it hard. One guy even reacted to my personal story of "My mom didn't hit me that much, but it was enough to make me think that it was better to lie about problems than tell her the truth and risk punishment" with "She should have hit you more."
That's so stupid what I learned from those kinds of punishment is that I needed to be physically and emotionally abusive in my teen years justifying it by punishing other people instead of whatever my parents were teaching.
Well, the opposite end of the spectrum would probably argue that if you didn’t hit your kids at least once in their lives, they’d turn into a narcissist… or end up on that freaky TV show about people’s strange addictions… or waste their lives on 4chan… or turn into a dream stan. Watching your reactions of spongebob, teen titans and also the movie Logan has been a blast to watch your reactions
I would love to see a video one of these days of you reacting to the movie The Green Mile. One of the best Tom Hanks movies I've seen and worth your time.
I'm gonna make this comment just to agree with Ruff that kids shouldn't be beaten. For anything. And anyone that justifies that are just wrong and anyone that was beatn are claim are fine aren't fine in the least and are just hiding their baggage because "oH, i'M tOUgH. wE doNt RevEaL oUr EmoTioNs."
Beating a child has never made them a better person, just a more controllable person.
I think it says everything about our society that we will say it's not okay to punch Nazis in the face
But you can beat kids for anything if you're the parents.
So u know how people are feeling ok sure 👍🏾
@@n1nja_x_assault864 So if I saw someone get punched I can't say that must've hurt because I wasn't punched? Or that something is wrong? Nice logic there dumbass 👍
Oh, so nice of you to decide how I and others should feel. It's always better when others INSIST they know better and that we're wrong........not. Quit trying to make others have your insane victim mentality. Realize people are different.
@@chadwood4412 Not a victim mentality in the least, lol and just because I nailed it in the bud and that hurts your little feelings doesn't mean I'm any less wrong, lol. You can look at statistics that prove YOU wrong and how beatings don't do jack shit.
