Congrats! My first guitar was an ESP Eclipse E-II and while not a custom, still a fantastic guitar years later. Blows Gibson quality away. I want a custom shop ESP once can fund one. Suhr and Mayones also make killer guitars.

I can definitely do that! I plan to do a video showing how I build a preset from scratch for our song Wash It Away, but it would also involve going over my main preset base tones!
I used Axe Fx back in the day with Texas In July, I sold mine a long time ago now and Im not sure I have my presets backed up anymore unfortunately. TGI used Kemper for awhile until they started to fail on us, we've been on QC for 2 years now and love them. My main preset for the QC is public in the Cortex Cloud app!
Being totally transparent, as an ESP artist it was free so I'm not sure what the price tag would look like....but I am positive I'm not qualified to own a guitar this nice 🤣
There are only 4 master builders that build every order in the Japan custom shop, then on top of that I ordered right at the height of supply chain issues for the guitar industry. I think normally wait time is half of what I waited or less!

Just curious, 3 years is a long time (not relative to customs however), but I was just wondering if there were points during the waiting period of the guitar when you almost wanted to change your mind about specs/ your tastes had changed? I know you did mention about the new fishmans, but I was thinking more fundamental changes such as a different scale, different woods/tuners etc...
Thats a great question! Surprisingly not! I arrived at these specs after playing a TON of different guitars and specs over the years, these are the specs that I've nailed down as being the most comfortable for me so I'd probably order the exact same guitar again. The only spec I may consider changing is the finish, I'd have a guitar in every color if I could haha. But most of the guitars I've been playing the past few years have all been black, so I'm just excited to get a pop of color in the arsenal!
ESP is also my dream guitar, Im a huge fan of japanese metal/heavy metal (visual kei genre) and they all use ESP's or even customs! For now im getting an ESP E-II M-II because thats all in my budget, but in the future a custome ESP guitar is most definietly a dream come true

Yup this exactly right! Guitar tuned to drop B, 12-56 strings, pitch in the Quad for A# and A! Still using the Take It To The Grave IR from the GGD Cali Oversize pack!

this vid just showed up in my feed, so this is an unbiased opinion from someone who hasn't heard you before. yeah, give the Open-Cores a try if your music has cleans like your demo. as much as i love Fluence Moderns, the Open-Cores do cleans better. but still sizzle and bite like FMs. also, upside-down in line tuners on roasted maple with ebony fingerboard. i like your style. 👍
I have the open cores in another guitar and I really love them! The pick up cavities in this guitar were cut to perfectly fit the covered Fluences, but I'm going to get the new Fluence Moderns, they have the same voice 3 that the open core moderns have!
The dots on the side are all I need! Most of the time I play by muscle memory without looking down also, but the Luminlays side dots more than get the job done for me! I just really love the clean fretboard look. It’s all a personal preference though of course!

and it got returned the very next day the 23 / 24 th frets were gouged and laquer was missing from the 15th down to the 24th on the side of the neck ... pretty sad now i have to wait for a replacement

i just bought a 2259.00 (tax in) CAD dollar ltd TE-1000 Deluxe and it came in a cardboard box .. no case ... no gig bag ... like wtf esp/ltd

aha! I have a similar ESP custom shop snapper as well. Same as Mahogany body, maple top and roasted maple neck. But titanium nut, highly recommend!
