At times like this, I wish I was still in the Philippines. Planning a wedding for 20 pax and my projected spend is already 600k in pesos. 150 pax na yun if I were to do it in the Philippines. Anyway! Congrats, and thanks for the breakdown!
Their actual expense for 220 pax is a fair cost, tbh. Considering her dad gave her gold which they used for her wedding ring, wedding gown rate is already cheap considering it was 2 way gown, but gown was really beautiful. Hair and make up was cheap as well. So if you are getting married and would want a large number of guest, expect that you'll be needing to put up a large amount of money. 70%-80% of your wedding budget are usually from guest dependent cost. Even the venue. Venue who can accommodate larger quantity of guests are most of the time costly. I think she didn't mention if they had give aways for all of their guest? Anyway, it was a wonderful wedding!!
Thanks! I actually we did decently, considering our top priorities were food and booze for guests (which are usually the most expensive ones). We didn't have giveaways, yung photobooth print outs sana, but hindi sila sumipot! haha
Okay, now that I got the idea, hanap muna ako mapapangasawa haha! But seriously, I can't and won't want to afford even half of what you've spent. You were probably thinking the same when you first planned it, but as they say we can't really put a price on such an important milestone/event. Congrats on your wedding.
Congrats to your Husband and Best Wishes to you Charm... galing ninyo dalawa to think you have all those covered more than 1million wedding expenses is not a joke... lalo na kung imagine utang pa ang 1million in starting your life together... in short, that means all your investment strategy works!
Had our wedding last year din pero for 80 pax lang and it costs us more than half a million na. So 1M+ for 220 guests is sulit na ❤ Congratulations, Ms. Charm!
I'm single, but I have enjoyed watching this information. Makes me not want to get married even because of the expenses and it'd be worse if you tie a knot with a wrong partner 😂 //shotsfired
I have no jowa and therefore wedding is not yet on the horizon, but I enjoyed watching this video. Thanks for being so transparent! Very informative, at hindi tunog mayabang. Kudos!
Thanks for replying! I learned so much from this video. Been helping me prep for our upcoming wedding this 2024. Thank you so much to you & your hubby for sharing this type of content@@CharmdeLeon
Pano nyo po na tancha kung ilang yards na tela po yung ibibigay nyo sa abay? Paano yung kung may na hire na mobile bar iba ba presyo nila doon o per bottle parin talaga? Salamat .
Hi Charm! Thank you so much for creating this video. This video and the other one you created (GETTING MARRIED IN THE PHILIPPINES | Church & Government requirements and Step-by-Step Process) really helped me in my wedding planning. I just got married last June and as a DIY bride and a fellow Cebuana, your videos really assisted me in one of the crucial aspects of wedding planning - the BUDGETTING. You are very generous in sharing how much your wedding costed and has helped a fellow bride like me. Padayon lang sa pagbuhat ug ingon ani nga contents. Dako kaayong tabang. More power to you Charm ug daghang salamat! 🤍

Gusto ko yung ‘my dad gifted us gold’ ❤ sa future anak ko, reregaluhan din kita ng gold!! Hustle ako mabuti 🤩
Yasss! Yung mga sira na lock, necklace, etc can really add up din. Pwede maging rings later on haha 💍
I'm not even planning on getting married anytime soon but I enjoyed this information!
you are blessed to spend that on your wedding day, and both of you deserve that with all your hard works. Cheers! God Bless your marriage!

👏same
hi charm where did you have your rings made? I have gold kasi ..thank you 💗💗
This actually helps, I’m getting married in the Philippines soon, but do you have any list of hotels wedding packages?
Thanks charm!
unfortunately, no. They also don't post them on their websites because prices change all the time. They should be pretty easy to ask via email though!
Pag hotels, it's usually around 1,000-2,500. high end hotels and resorts are typically 5,000/pax
Hi Charm. Very helpful content as Im planning my wedding too. I like your bridesmaids shirtdress (prep look). Where ka naka buy?
Got it off Lovito on Shopee ☺️ It’s nice cause they still use it until now!
how much po kaya kung under 10 pax?

Hi Charm! Did you get someone to create your wedding monogram for you? :)
I did! My friend made it

Okay sana kaso wala naman akong papakasalan someday

Salamat .
You can ask your designers and depende din sa design. 2-3 meters is usually enough. I gave 1.5m to my bridesmaids
If church wedding po, do i have to pay the parish i came from if i wanted to get married in a diff city?
Can I ask? Sa 220 guest kasama na po ba dun mga staff?
No :) Staff meals were 80 pax total for lunch and dinner
