@@tgreengbc The key to the monthly event is persistence. Once you get through all the other monthly quests, you have to get to Virtuoso to win the avatars. The only way to do that is to keep playing. I've done it a few times, but every time it's been when i had some extra time to complete.
You are not doing anything wrong to my knowledge. You can only send one gift at a time. It may be those are gifts the person sent over several days or they may have gifted you something off your wish list. The wish list has no limits to my knowlege. So chances are either those are gifts from several days or they gifted them in the manner I mentioned. Now could be they also did not get on for several days. I think (key word being think) if they click the accept and say thank you button option, it may send a thank you gift too. So if they let your gifts build up for a few days then responded, you might get them all at once.
Great information! I have been playing this game for quite a while now. I am on Level 160+. My iPad finally gave out and I want to know how I can transfer my game data to my new iPad. 😢😢
I do not use an iPad but a computer. Have you tried installing on the other Ipad and running the app? If you know your unique number for the game you could contact support and ask them how to transfer it. Here's the catch though as I know it, if you never "saved" it through tying it to your facebook account, it might not be saved anywhere but on your previous iPad. Which would mean you would need someone who knows how to access the old harddrive on that iPad and transfer the data to the new one.
No you do not have to. It is a just a back up in case something happens to your game so you do not lose all your progress. You can shut it off so it does not show your facebook profile or info though.
Funny, my favorite is the Treasure Box and worst is Haunted Lights. I recently got Grand Master status in the Treasure Box, but really need to learn how to get the arrows, extra time, etc., to get through Haunted Lights. I’m stuck in the Cameo mode in Haunted Lights and it’s so frustrating.
I could have swore I replied to this already. You can only send one gift a day but I think if they accept and send a thank you, you may get an additional gift as a thank you. Also depending on how often you play, you may have gifts waiting to be accepted that were given over multiple days. So it looks like they gave multiple gifts when in actuality, it's just a single gift from multiple days where they didn't play every day.
Okay I may have misunderstood what you were asking. I still am only aware of sending one item at a time per person. Now if you mean how you send out your gifts each day then yes you can send a single item to multiple friends at one time. That keeps you from sending the item one at a time to each friend. That is done on the send gifts page. You can click on the various items that are listed on the page. When you do it pops up a list of your friends and you can click on any of your friends listed to send each of them that item. You can also click on the "select all" button at the top right. That would send that item to all your friends listed. But you can still only send one item to each friend per day. I think that is in the video but I'll have to look myself. Been a while since I made it. Now if someone is really sending multiple gifts a day and unless I am ignorant of the ability myself, then someone sending multiple gifts a day is using an enhancement to the game. By that I mean they are cheating some how. It is a computer game after all which means it can be hacked.
I did go back and look at this and may have figured out a little more as it relates to gift giving. I think as you rank up in your reputation level, you may sent more than one gift per day. I haven't verified this but I did notice I seem to receive more of a given item from certain friends that are higher ranked. So my guess is it is tied to your reputation level and at some point you start sending more than one of the gift you send. Not that you send more than one gift but you send more than one of the gift you do send. Sorry took me a bit to get back on and send this after I figured it out but hopefully that answers your original question.

I’m trying to make more seeker’s stars with the inventor but I’m missing the winding keys. I have none at the moment. It says I can basically find it anywhere. I played at least 15 locations where I could receive it and not one came my way. I even activated the reagent finding talisman since it’s actual picture is a winding key but nothing. Any suggestions? If you are specifically using talismans that should increase your winding keys and your still not getting them, I would contact support and let them know. Might be an issue with your account. Now on the other hand, it sounds like you are doing everything correctly otherwise. You are using talismans to increase the chance and if you are playing the maps that will give them, you should be getting some as well. But read the talisman that you using to make sure it is actually for winding keys. If you click on them it willl pop up a box and tell you what it helps with, how long it last, plus of much of an increase in finding the objects you get. That is a big part of it as well. If you were using a talisman that worked only for five minutes real time and it only upped the chance for say 5%, that's not much of a chance of increasing getting the winding keys. So it can be just as much about the talisman you use and how much of an increase you get. I made another quick video that goes a little more indepth on the Talismans and using them. Should be in this channel to view.
I checked again once I went into the game. I thought the winding key was used for those type of talisman and I was correct. So like I said in my previous comment. Click on it to see if it works for winding keys because some of those talismans work for other reagents. The ones for winding keys that I know of are the Amulet of the Elements, the Clairvoyant's Lantern, and the Gem-encrusted Horn. So if you weren't using one of those talismans or another that is specific for the winding key, you were likely getting more of one of the other reagents instead.

Go to the collection chest and type in "winding key" or "diagram", it will show you collections you can put together to obtain what you need. If they have pluses, you can either search for them or put them on your wish list. If no plus, then you might obtains them while visiting your friends... good reason to visit.
Hello again. I don't believe she is speaking of gifts (assemblers) I believe she is speaking of gifts ( collection items/room access passes) I have wondered the same thing. Some of my friends send me 25 or 50 room access passes at the same time , & I however, am only allowed to send 1. Thank you again.
Yes I got you now. Yes part of that list of gifts you can send are some of the access passes. They are at the bottom of the list. I too receive them as well. Now keep in mind, yes you are only allowed to send (supposedly one) to each friend; however, once they receive it I am not sure if that is like a pack of that individual access passes. So in other words I am not sure that when you send them, it is actually say 10 of those passes although it only looks like you sent them one. Could very well be and they are receiving multiple from you too. But also as you visit your friends as part of clicking on their map, you can get access passes as well. So if you are looking at what your received after accepting gifts and visiting friends, it is a combination of all of those actions.
Sorry I have been a little slow getting back to you. A lot going on in my normal life. I have never used anything for the MP unless I have bought some extra energy with my rubies. But I do know with other similar games you can earn energy etc by watching video ads. I do know the game has videos and ads and such on various platforms such as instagram. I am guessing here as I don't go to FB or instagram to check out Seeker's Note's site, but I guess they give you energy or rubies if you do watch their videos or something similar. Those are found on the newspaper next to your picture in game. When you click that and then the videos, I am guessing it takes you to videos or adds they created and you have to comment or like etc to get those rewards. I just never had the patience to do that much for a little energy.

Those are just a extra thing they added to the game to give you free things and also to get you to spend rubies or money. If that's not what you mean you may need to describe what your talking about a little more.
That is because of the need to update the game. When the monthly event runs out, they will sometimes postpone the next MP event until a few days later or until the following Monday. It is not always active. Normally runs from Monday to Thursday except on the week when the game updates.

Then click on the shield looking emblem next to the treasure chest. Scroll down through that list and you will see your coins and the number of reagents you have to buy and make stuff.
The anomalies have specfic icons that show up over the area before you enter it. So if you are looking at your main area map, each icon over the areas unlocked represent a specific game mode. Also when you pick an area when it pops up to begin that area, it shows that icon. For instance the clock-looking one represents a time-shift where the clock moves faster than normal meaning you have less time.
I make the videos and post it here as I have time. I mainly created this for my guild as we had a lot of new players and it was a lot easier to share my knowledge through videos rather than trying to type multiple messages and explain some of these details. So I do it through this video channel. I list this video channel on our guild page to direct members to it. Life has gotten a little busy again so I have created a few more videos but most have been either areas I see our members need information about or followers of this channel have requested. There are some that say where you can find the item, but some just tell you the name of the collection for example the forgotten past, so I tried looking through some of the locations to see if the item is there and I just don't see it. @@suply555suply So the simple answer is when you look in the collections. You have two parts of that chest on the far right. The collections and the artifacts. As you complete collections you can turn them in to get artifacts. Artifacts give bonuses that tend to last days compared to hours. In the collections as you noted you can click on it to see where to get it. Some of those come as you continue to unlock parts of the storyline. So you might not be able to get those collections until you get to that part. Some come in chests that you can earn during the game. And then others require special events that happen throughout the year like during christmas time. Once you reach those specific story line events, you can later get those items again because you will randomly get those collections items again as you play the different maps. But until you reach that part of the story, they just don't show up. Kind of sucks but after you unlock a bunch of areas, you'll start collecting them and extras as you continue to play.
@@suply555suply In addition to my last reply, for instance for me, there are some collections I can't get because it was a special event and it was before I played the game. And they have not had that event again which is specific to that collection. Now, if you want to spend money and it requires a special chest, you can usually buy those in the story but in my opinion that can get really expensive very quickly. So patience and play is my suggestion, you'll get to them eventually.
@@suply555suply I forgot this part too. You can add those items to your wishlist for your friends to see. Click the plus sign on the item. If friends have that item, they can gift it to you as well. That's an option you can try. I think you can have up to six items on your wishlist.
Unfortunately I do not speak any other language besides english and not sure I would know how to translate it using software. Not something I am familiar with if the software exits.

I don't have as much time to do videos etc while I am taking care of the normal chores during this time frame. I will try to get some more out in the near future when things slow back down a little.
When I started the game a few months ago on my laptop the videos would come up to earn energy now they have stopped coming up so it is hard to get energy How to I make those videos come back up is it in my settings on my laptop or in the game? As I said I had them at first but none now for weeks
I hate to say I don't know that answer to that one. If it showed videos on that, it has been so long ago since I started playing I don't remember. But what I would tell you to earn more energy is visit neighbors and do the little side quest that require no energy like the find the talisman pieces the fortune teller introduces. Those two I know can give a lot of energy,... from visiting friends I get tons of money, experience, and and objects. Some of them are energy related. On the side quest most of them don't require energy but will give it if you win.
I think the video help may be related to your level. I also know that they discontinued the video option for Microsoft players at some point. So it may be related to the device you're playing on, too.
