The FGO WTF Moment that is Plot Twist-worthy is the fact that Ereshkigal is Chaotic Evil. Eresh is playing the long-term trope of the ally who will betray you when you least expect it. Just saying that Gilgamesh, according to Fate/FGO, is more reliable (Chaotic Good)
Honestly some of the Alignments only make sense when you consider them from the viewpoint of said character (kinda like a Dnd paladin who burns down an orphanage but his player insists he is lawful good).
The only fucking reason Servant Eresh is such a cinnamon roll is due to her fusion with Rin letting out all that deredere energy… though her yandere side still surfaces from time to time.

In "Fate/stay night", Heaven's Feel route, when Kirei gives Shirou a Black Key, he says "Kiritsugu preferred guns, but unfortunately, submachine guns are the only firearms I have right now. Bullets aren't effective against ghosts, and you're not trained to use them in any case." (not sure if the movies kept this line) In "Fate/Zero" Kirei was the one to supply Berserker Lancelot with submachine guns. (pretty sure this wasn't made clear in the anime). Rocket launcher is obviously a step or two up from submachine guns, but that's escalation for you.
Caren wasn't in Lostbelt 6 though, just like Percival and Gareth weren't. Because of Proper Human History Convergence Faries with similar names and histories appeared in the British Lostbelt. "Caren" the Chocolate Fairy was just one of them. I'm still not sure why people got so caught on her specifically when the Lostbelt had so many examples of PHHC to gnaw on.
People tend to forget that. Like, they see Castoria as actual artoria, eventhough she is just a fairy that, because of her purpose gets to have a saberface. If her purpose was smithing than she might as well have looked like weiland or someone. The looks of lostbelt 6 fairies are just dependant on their purpose and some happen to end up looking like phh characters
