That means, the bank will switch to player and if it doesn't then when player shows up (provided there was no tie in the bank or player line and the player didn't itself didn't have any pairs in that hand) then the chance of a 2nd player coming down is only 35%. BAC players must need to learn to have good memory and pattern recognition. This includes how to read Macau roads and their own system of short road systems to compliment..... wait for the new extensive book to come out in 2019...... waiwai....

Played Baccarat for the first time this weekend. This is awesome! I started at a 15 minimum and then moved up to 25 minimum after attempting a modified card counting system for an 8 deck shoe. I was applying a system similar to the one I use for blackjack and made 400.00 the first time I ever played Baccarat. What I love about Baccarat is that the dealer has to wait until there are bets on the table which gives me time to calculate...and I need that extra time depending on what's going on around me. My wife, a mathematician, thought I might be FOS for doing this but the proof is in the pudding boys ! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOT !
Time is funny that way. Sometimes you can spur-of-the-moment rattle off 8 or ten wins in a row, and other times you sit there concentrating your ass off and call every hand wrong. There are even some casinos that employ 'shills' who will sit there playing with house money and do things to deliberately rattle 'the mark' (you). They'll wait until 'the mark' (you) places a larger than usual bet and then place a HUGE bet of their own on the opposite side. There are other little tricks too numerous to list, but just be on the lookout if it seems like people are doing things to rattle you. They do not like it when someone comes in and takes them for $400.
This is not EFFECTIVE...i tried it using microsoft excel (in computing for positive/negative) against the actual game online...64% ERROR... Errors are greater than the correct bets. NOT RECOMMENDED..THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS!
it's suprising how few videos of this system exist in youtube in year 2024... another good channel endorsing this is "Advanced Advantage Play" (Video -the Futility of Baccarat Card Counting) .... there is an edge but it's small mathematically and you have to be prepared to play all day for hours and hours.... guaranteed oly if you play 11 shoes (roughly 10 hours)

You count the total number of cards once they are all shown and you apply that to the next hand for instance I wouldn't bet player until I'm at a plus 3 advantage or higher so I would sit out a hand until I see this then come in on the player side when it's plus 3 advantage for player and bet $100 on next hand...wether I win or lose I add all the cards up once shown if I only win with a plus 1 or 2 I don't bet again unless I win with plus 3 or higher then I'll bet player again

No worries.! :) For BlackJack they must show the burn too if that helps! If you request to see the steer/first card burned before shoe begins. They will turn it right over and call it out what it is. If you're card counting it will sure help knowing what to start off with for proper running count. Card counting in blackjack is more profitable than baccarrat anyways, I would waste time on baccarrat.
+4/ 6 decks is very small advantage based on that, might not be high enough of a count to overcome a 1.23% HE . can u bet on both player and banker until the count is favorable to either side ?
Yes you can, but in the duration, you are giving the house that extra commission for no reason. Believe me, they are rich enough, they don't need any more free money. Make them work for it.
Don't buy into the Banker advantage. It's too slight to rely on. I have seen the Player win 8 or 10 times in a row, and I have seen the Player win an entire shoe overall. It's a tiny advantage.
How did you come up with the value for each card? When the running count is negative, your system says to bet on banker which is the opposite of what the Wizard of Odds website says. Can you elaborate on it?

another common way to play is to always ride the streak, for example, start with a bet on banker [always betting with the minimum bet] and then if it hits, keep the bet on banker until the player side hits, and then switch over to the player side and ride that streak
this system will work for any number of decks, however, it is stronger the smaller the number of decks used ... for example, only 2 decks used would be a stronger count compared to 5 decks

we usually just start right away with the count, even if it is just a slight advantage, and then you can always increase your bet later in the shoe if the true count is high ... for example, say the count is +10 after 10 hands dealt, but the count is still +10 with only a few hands left in the shoe ... in that example, there is a stronger chance that the player side will win than that exact same count early in the shoe

I was reading on wizard of odds and it says removal of small is bad for player good for banker. Vice versa removal of big is good for banker bad for player. But it seems like you are betting the opposite way
I could never use this system at my local casino because the burn cards are brought out face down, and the players never get to see them. Also, at the beginning of a shoe one card is brought out, and depending on the face value of that card, that's how many others will be burned. So if the initial card is a 3, it requires burning three other cards, for a total of four cards burned, but only the first card is shown face up; the other three are brought out face down and cannot be seen. This is the method used in my local casinos and others I have visited as well.

It's pretty simple. -In BJ, a high count means favorable edge; as process of elimination favors more 9-K value cards remaining, = 9-10 in numeric value. Based on results and applied math, more face cards in the deck = favor towards player wins and blackjacks. This is due to the fact: dealers must continue to draw out (hit) until bust, but also stand on 17. The player has a choice while the house does not. Overall, the count also gains player value via 'information edge' closer to the end of the shoe, while the count is pretty useless at start of shoe. This is also weighted in a numeric value that is added to the count, between the hard and true counts. 16+ running count at the last deck of the shoe = an incredibly good position for a player to be in, edge wise. -In Baccarat, counting is combined with a well known successful strategy in addition. The Green Dragon 7 is an example of one of these strategies. There are several, while only 2-3 are mathematically proven to provide a good edge. In this game, things change: as the winning bet comes from a different scoring system. You also gain en edge by being able to choose each side of your bet between the bank and player every draw. You can make decisions on both a low and high count, which you cannot do in BJ. A low count in BJ means you are likely to get hosed by house wins. A low count in Bac means you just favor a bet on the bank. Counting in BJ, you're still going to need to place a min bet every deal. Technically you can sit out and wait, but going solo this isnt feasible as you need to see cards dealt to develop a count. The idea in BJ is for the spotter to min bet the entire time, and as the count heats up to a high number usually 14+, they will flag a BP, they'll sit down and place a massive bet, maybe a few more if the count stays, and then take their winnings. At the end of the 8th you double your tie bet to $200 and hope. after 4 bets more and no win then you up to $400 a bet. Then go home broke if Law of averages beats u.

these types of counting strategies work in both games, in baccarat [similar to blackjack] the odds of either side winning shift depending on which specific cards are left in the shoe ... also, it works best if you can see every cards in the shoe [including the burn cards, and requiring the dealer to play out the entire shoe]
The only way to win in baccarat is just 1-3 bet. Most baccarat player afraid to bet 30-50 percent of their money on first bet. It's very easy to beat casino especially baccarat game (when to bet? That's my technique). In casino your opponent is no other than yourself. So, do you wait for good true count, or do you just start betting every hand based upon the rc divided by the remaining decks

no adjustment, still start the count when you see the first card face you, your advantage will not be as good, but only slightly

Burning cards doesn't do anything. That only increases the penetration by most 10 cards. As long as it is not too many cards, it won't hurt you much.

these types of counting strategies work in both games, in baccarat [similar to blackjack] the odds of either side winning shift depending on which specific cards are left in the shoe ... also, it works best if you can see every cards in the shoe [including the burn cards, and requiring the dealer to play out the entire shoe]

The only way to win in baccarat is just 1-3 bet. Most baccarat player afraid to bet 30-50 percent of their money on first bet. It's very easy to beat casino especially baccarat game (when to bet? That's my technique). In casino your opponent is no other than yourself. One of the rules is don't be greedy (you don't need someone to full you out of the casino, just need self discipline) And the rest is my secret...

There is no counting system or strategy system for this game, Its just "feel" and guess work. BEST IS STAND AND WATCH after Banker or player has hit 4 times in a row then drop $100 on the side that has not come up., If you lose you double your next bet to $200 , then go $400 etc and hope it hits
