And with cf moto making the clutch super easy to work on most folks will be able to do it themselves. Really liking this brand. The 800 was very well designed seems like they really thatght things through. Battery placement probably the best I’ve seen. It’s engine and cvt Intakes and exhaust is just about snorkeled already with how high on the quad it is. Thanks again for these videos they pushed me over the edge into trying one. It looks like I'll have to eventually get this done to the clutches of my 2015 CForce 500B. It won't be for a bit though, my pickup truck has been getting the tlc it needs first. As much as my atv needs its' own tlc it doesn't get me back and forth to work. :)

Awesome to see the increase throttle response with the clutch kits. I cant wait to see how the 800 is doing. Hopefully the kit on it would eliminate the initial wheel spin when you first press the throttle. Blake is there any way you can do a speed test like you did when you first looked at the different bikes? I'd be interested to.know if the better throttle response gives you a faster time? Also, I went on Airdam's site and noticed he has different stages of kits, what stage did you do on the different machines? On a different note, and being in a warmer climate than me, have you had any evap system issues with the 800? Just had my first this past weekend, evidently CFMOTO is working on a permanent fix but the temporary one is to bypass the canister. Hoping to get that done in the next day or 2. Take care and be safe!
I do want to put the stock tires back on them all and go back to the same gravel road and see if we can get better times on the 0 to 40 and the 0 to 60.. i feel 100% confident that we will if we dont just spin out half way down the road. And i need to explain in one of the videos that the Kits that i have installed from Airdam is not nothing like the different stages he has listed on the website.. those stages do not apply to CVTech clutches and anyone with a CFMOTO.. Our clutches get awesome results without having to do all that mess. Its simply the right Spring and weights in the Primary and the right adjustment for the Secondary clutch.. My setup is available at Main Street Cycle now.. they can ship them to you.
Can't believe the low end torque difference ! So much more grunt out or the hole ! Definitely interested on doing this to my 600 , but concerned about the factory extended warranty? Any word or thoughts?

Hey Blake, do you have a part number for the clutch kit for the 600? I have contacted MSC 4 times and Adam once and haven't received a response from anyone. I am using my wife's puter but this is Rob Pluszczynski from Michigan, I am an avid follower of your channel and through your information regarding the MOTOS I purchase my first 600 touring and am looking to purchase a 2nd. I really would like to clutch up my current one, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Bless you Brother, hope to hear from you soon
If you have tried to reach MSC through email then thats why you haven't heard back. You need to call MSC during their business hours and they will get the clutch kit in the mail the same day
@@RealTalkPowersports I did actually speak to a nice woman at MSC during business hrs, she took my name and number because the parts person was unavailable when I also inquired about your 600 for sale. Take care brother, as always thanks for the speedy response.
I've watched several of your videos this is more like the kind of riding I would be doing. I wouldn't be going through the deep mud so I'm glad I saw this video. I'm a big guy 6.1 260 lb I was looking at the 600 but with the information you said about the 500 it doesn't sound bad either for the kind of trails you're riding on what would you recommend I honestly.
both are great!!!.. i really enjoy driving them both.. but if i had to pick, i would pick the 600 because it is a little bit smoother and has better turning radius and doesnt seem to have any cooling issues.
Will the kit that Main Street has for the 600 be suitable for me to use with stock rims and tires? Or might the adjustment and weights need to be different? Thank you
@@RealTalkPowersports 5+2 about end up about 49" wide? That's what I'm looking for. I appreciate the reply. Your videos are the reason I bought CF Moto. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on two Yamahas.
Hey JJ.. my exact kit is the only one that MSC (Main Street Cycle) sells for the 600. All you have to do is call them and ask for a kit for your 600 and it will be whats in this video. But the supplier of all the springs and weights are running extremely low and behind. So im not sure what the stock is looking like
One of 2 things.. its either going to be a loose screw or bolt that just needs to be tightened. Or a piece of the shielding is barely touching something and all you will have to do is bend it out away from whatever its rattling against
I watched your videos and bought a 2020 cforce 600 and it is a fine machine! I'm curious in getting one of these clutch mods. Did this clutch mod help with lowering the RPMs on the 600?
Hello. Im new to this channel and also new to cfmoto. I currently own two cforce 600 both orange but they do have the CVtech. Would this clutch kit still work on it ?
Hey guys love the videos!! I’m buying mine in August it will be the blue 600. How do we get that set up if I have a different dealer? And also I see some guys have a problem with it popping out of low should I worrie about that?
I was having that issue and went to my local shop. The mechanic gave me a tip to always take the shifter all the way up to the top notch before bringing it back down into L. Seemed to help
Yea i dont have that issue with our Orange one.. And what Kevin said is right.. Just make sure it is in the right gear before you get on the gas. And also you can call my dealership Main Street Cycle and they can ship you my clutch setup ..
Also there is a break in routine for the first 20 hours. The rings have to seat on the cylinder walls. Full throttle on a new engine with no break in is the quickest way to destroy a new engine.
Not really if you knew the reason behind why company's want you to follow that break in stage you wouldn't be posting a stupid comment like this, 1. Meeting a time for a machine to break down-Meaning if you baby it and if it had problems from the start it can be pro long extended, If you break in a engine by going hard that has problems it will act in quicker by the time before your warranty. No shop/company want to pay out something in that time range so babying your atv through warranty and then follow up after your warranty over and boom you start getting problems. Its better for something to come up quick then later. 2.If you really want to break in a engine correct would be by heat cycle. 3.It has been proven hard break in are better for performance and overall health of an engine to set the piston rings rather then babying a machine.
No biggie I just purchased a 600 touring after watching 483,000 of your videos. Def needs a clutch kit with 28's on it. Seems pretty underpowered imo but I'm certain a clutch kit will wake it up and put the power to the ground much earlier in the rpm range
Will any rim with a 4 110 lug pattern 14" wheel fit my cfmoto? Everywhere I call they saying they don't have wheels for my atv and they are 4 110 lug pattern
It is not a "certain stage" there is no such thing as stages when it comes to the CFMOTO CVTECH Clutch kits.. you must have seen that on Airdams website?.. that is misleading information.. What I am running in this video is the clutch kit that MSC sells. Main Street Cycle. They have this specific kit for the cforce 600. They can ship to you
I've got a 2020 cforce 600 touring and I really have enjoyed it so far. I've noticed I keep popping fan fuses when the wheeler heat cycles when in deep water or mud. i want to put lift, bigger tires, and a rad/fan relocation kit with snorkels on it. is there anything available for my wheeler yet? as well I'm thinking after talking with airdam that they can rework my clutches to really get the most out of the set up I want. any help would be appreciated!
A company out of Russia I think makes the snorkel kit and relocation kit for them.. and yes any time the fan is water and it tries to come on during a heat cycle it does not have the power to over come the weight of spinning in water or mud and will blow a fuse almost every time. Thats why if I'm going that deep through a crossing I always ease into it and make sure my temp is low enough to not heat cycle
@@RealTalkPowersports thank you for the replies! I'll see if I can find that kit you mentioned out of Russia. and I'll see what i can do to fab some lift brackets.
@@danjenkins1163 if I'm not mistaken I think some people have used the bracket lift thats made for the older rzr 900 or rzr 800 and they have to just slightly modify it to make it work right.
Call Main Street Cycle.. My dealership will have my same setup in stock and will be able to ship them to you. They can give you the right price as well bro...
I wish I had bought the 800 instead of the 600. The 600 is very heavy and the acceleration is not as impressive as I thought it would be. I believe my old Polaris 450 HO would have beat it in a drag race.
Depends on your local dealer and what the issue is that needs warranty work.. If your having a fuel pump issue or a electrical issue or a 4wd issue and so on, then those things have nothing to do with the CVT, therefore the clutch kit in no way could have caused the issue that needs warranty work.. So it should not affect the exampled warranty work.. Besides the only way anyone could know that you have a clutch kit is to take it all apart and weigh your primary weights and check your spring tension and i highly doubt any shop is going to do that unless you are having direct issues with your CVT
Hey Lee those Stages listed on the Website do not apply to any of the CFMOTO ATVs or SxS... Because we all have CVTech Clutches, it is very simple and cheap to make minor adjustment to our clutches that will make a Huge difference on applying the power as you see in the video. You will simply be ordering a Clutch Kit for you 600 that consist of a Stiffer Primary Spring and lighter primary weights and also instructions on what to reclock your secondary clutch to. So you can just simply call Main Street Cycle at 662-438-6407 and tell them you want a clutch kit for a CFORCE 600 like Blake has and they can ship you one with free Shipping.
Jose the clutch kit is much more effective than spending hundreds of dollars on a exhaust and a programmer that may add 5 to 8 more HP.. This clutch kit (available now at Main Street Cycle) changes the way the HP is applied to the wheels and gets every bit of power out of the engine and more efficiently and effectively applies the power.
What I don’t get is why you keep showing wheelies when it is expressly called out as dangerous in the manual. There is absolutely no advantage to the front wheels leaving the ground in such a vehicle. I also see the bad example to younger riders who don’t have the knowledge or skills to ride like that. Then I’ve seen “adults”. Riding small children and having the bike tip and get stuck upright. A little more tipping and you would have a small child under a 900 lb atv! The addition of a clutch kit would void the warranty and defeat the safety measure a lag on the throttle gives to new inexperienced riders. Just saying...oh well.
By seeing you are commenting about nothing means a lot that you are just a overall cupcake, He paid for this machine right? Riding wheelies can be done by anyone and who ever performs wheelies should understand the consequences. By owning a machine in general you should know what not to do. Who cares if the clutch void the warranty?!?!?!? like who cares? If he had a thumb up his ass you gonna comment and complain how younger kids gonna ride wheelies with thumbs up their ass and say with little more tipping and you would have a small child under a 900IB atv be bad ha. Just saying Oh Well...

A week later I still haven't received a call back. I want to support them and I am sure it was a slip through the cracks. Thanks for the heads up on the email tip!
So the 600 doesn’t have the fuel issue? Only the 400,500,and 800? Why?
Will the kit that Main Street has for the 600 be suitable for me to use with stock rims and tires? Or might the adjustment and weights need to be different? Thank you
It will definitely work. As a matter of fact i put stock tires on with the kit and very much liked the difference from stock clutching
I ‘d like to go square setup on my 600T. What wheel offsets should I purchase because I’d rather not use any spacers?
I run a 5+2 offset. 4+3 will be a little wider
@@RealTalkPowersports 5+2 about end up about 49" wide? That's what I'm looking for. I appreciate the reply. Your videos are the reason I bought CF Moto. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on two Yamahas.
I have a 2021 cf moto 600. And I put 26s on it and it looked like that was as big as I could go stock .... what did u do to fit 28s ?
I just picked up a brand new one and wanna know exactly which kit you put on yours. I feel like we ride very similar lol
Hey JJ.. my exact kit is the only one that MSC (Main Street Cycle) sells for the 600. All you have to do is call them and ask for a kit for your 600 and it will be whats in this video.
But the supplier of all the springs and weights are running extremely low and behind. So im not sure what the stock is looking like
How much is the clutch kit for the 2021 cforce 600 touring
What clutch kit are you running in this video i see stage 1 2 and 3 on your website.
Blake, haven't seen your be 500 lately, did you trade it in on the 800?
I sold our 2020 500 to one of my best friends.. we got to get him riding with us and ill get some more footage of it.. It is still doing great btw
@@RealTalkPowersports so the 600 worth the extra $800, with the updated style, the larger motor, frame and turning radius?
Hey brother. How do you fix the heat shield rattle.
One of 2 things.. its either going to be a loose screw or bolt that just needs to be tightened.
Or a piece of the shielding is barely touching something and all you will have to do is bend it out away from whatever its rattling against
@@RealTalkPowersports thanks man I'll look.
I watched your videos and bought a 2020 cforce 600 and it is a fine machine! I'm curious in getting one of these clutch mods. Did this clutch mod help with lowering the RPMs on the 600?
The clutch mod will actually increase the RPMS to get more into the Torque curve. But it also allows you to drive in HIGH 90 percent of the time
@@RealTalkPowersports I’m researching Airdam clutches…which stage did you add to the orange 600 in the video?
Just got the 625 gettin clutch kit ASAP Australia
Hello. Im new to this channel and also new to cfmoto. I currently own two cforce 600 both orange but they do have the CVtech. Would this clutch kit still work on it ?
They are both 2020
Yes it sure will work.. In 2 weeks you can call Main Street Cycle and ask for the clutch kit for a CFORCE 600 and they will be able to ship it to you,
Real Talk Powersports why two weeks ? Are they not available now ?
Which stage kit you put on it.
P so I've got about 10 hours on my c4 600 touring edition and the four wheel drive does not work
That’s a warranty issue. Don’t wait, get it fixed.
Kevin Pack thank you!!!
Yea i dont have that issue with our Orange one.. And what Kevin said is right.. Just make sure it is in the right gear before you get on the gas. And also you can call my dealership Main Street Cycle and they can ship you my clutch setup ..
Real Talk Powersports thank you so much I love your videos!!!
Just called mainstreet. Your clutch kit is now $189.99 plus $10 shipping.
I was notified recently that something happened with the shipping situation and now they are having to charge for shipping.
No biggie I just purchased a 600 touring after watching 483,000 of your videos. Def needs a clutch kit with 28's on it. Seems pretty underpowered imo but I'm certain a clutch kit will wake it up and put the power to the ground much earlier in the rpm range
Hi, what wheels have you got? I see you change it ?
how did the clutch kit effect the RPMs
Will any rim with a 4 110 lug pattern 14" wheel fit my cfmoto? Everywhere I call they saying they don't have wheels for my atv and they are 4 110 lug pattern
YEs Honda ATV lug pattern is the same as CFMOTO. ANy 4x110 with a 5+2 or 4+3 offset will work
Will clutch kit lower rpm while riding
Can the clutch kit void the warranty
How do you compare the 600 after the clutch upgrade vs the 800 oem power?
600 isn't close to the 800.. even after clutch kit
@@RealTalkPowersports thanks for the answer
Hello, what stage clutch kit did you get on this machine? I looks like they have 5. Thank you
It is not a "certain stage" there is no such thing as stages when it comes to the CFMOTO CVTECH Clutch kits.. you must have seen that on Airdams website?.. that is misleading information..
What I am running in this video is the clutch kit that MSC sells. Main Street Cycle. They have this specific kit for the cforce 600. They can ship to you
@@RealTalkPowersports
You are correct, that’s where I saw the stages. Thank you for the clarification.
Mark
Is it safe to mess with clutch weights? Any side effects?
Can i use that clutch kit for a 600 touring
You sure can
How much
hey do any of y’all know how to wheelie a touring 600?
Very difficult to wheelie the long wheel base 600.. but it can be done
No where to buy a lift for them yet.. that i know of anyways.. but people are making their own custom bracket lifts.
My favorite mud tires are the Cryptids
@@RealTalkPowersports thank you for the replies! I'll see if I can find that kit you mentioned out of Russia. and I'll see what i can do to fab some lift brackets.
@@danjenkins1163 if I'm not mistaken I think some people have used the bracket lift thats made for the older rzr 900 or rzr 800 and they have to just slightly modify it to make it work right.
How much would an upgrade like that cost?
Depending on shipping cost it should be around $150
Will the 400s wheelie?
What is the best cvt belt for cforce 800 ?
Honestly the factory belt is the best...
How much dose it cost to get Clutches done really think about getting it done
Call Main Street Cycle.. My dealership will have my same setup in stock and will be able to ship them to you. They can give you the right price as well bro...
Real Talk Powersports ok going up there today to pick up my 600 3 hour drive
@@christopherperry1118 Did you get a Orange or Camo? They both look awesome! I was there yesterday
I wish I had bought the 800 instead of the 600. The 600 is very heavy and the acceleration is not as impressive as I thought it would be. I believe my old Polaris 450 HO would have beat it in a drag race.
The 600 is much better with the clutch Kit.. I really enjoy driving it!
Sir what do you think about Quality CF 600 ATV
@@RealTalkPowersports True, drastic improvement. Should have come from the factory this way.
how do I lower the rpms
Put heavier weights in the primary clutch.. but you will lose performance
Which kit did you throw on it, I need one.
The one that Main Street Cycle has for the 600
Does this void the warranty?
Depends on your local dealer and what the issue is that needs warranty work.. If your having a fuel pump issue or a electrical issue or a 4wd issue and so on, then those things have nothing to do with the CVT, therefore the clutch kit in no way could have caused the issue that needs warranty work.. So it should not affect the exampled warranty work.. Besides the only way anyone could know that you have a clutch kit is to take it all apart and weigh your primary weights and check your spring tension and i highly doubt any shop is going to do that unless you are having direct issues with your CVT
nice trail but not very challenging.......like the 600....amazing results with new clutch.
What stage kit did you get for the 600?
Thank you brotha, very helpful videos 👍
Forgot to ask , what was the top speed after the clutch kit?
How are you doing a wheelie lol i cant get mine up😂😂💀
hahahaha call main street cycle and they can hook you up with this same clutch kit. 662.438.6407
What size weights and what spring is this? What did you clock the secondary to?
Would this kit give me more horse power
Jose the clutch kit is much more effective than spending hundreds of dollars on a exhaust and a programmer that may add 5 to 8 more HP.. This clutch kit (available now at Main Street Cycle) changes the way the HP is applied to the wheels and gets every bit of power out of the engine and more efficiently and effectively applies the power.
@@RealTalkPowersports thanks man..I'll give them a call
Are these trails part of you property?
They are
Where can I get a clutch kit and how much is it
Kevin you can call Main Street Cycle during business hours and they can ship you the same kit setup that i have on mine. 662-438-6407
It's honestly disappointing. Wheelies are the most fun about a quad
That rattle really brings out the obvious that it's Chinese junk
I reckon your Japanese made Honda has been 100 percent flawless?
So far it has been but it only has like 700 km on it. And those cf motos can't be any worse than Polaris I had a 2018 and it was not reliable. Also I was just teasing you I watch one of your video pretty much every night 🌙 good content!!
Which clutch kit did you install on the 600?
The only one that MSC sells for the cforce 600
