yes there is but it’s a really small difference Ç is a soft ‘ch’ sound and Q is a hard one. When you pronounce Q you put your tongue on the top of your mouth. But with Ç you don’t. For Gj and Xh it’s the same. Xh is a soft ‘j’ sound and Gj is a hard one. For Gj you would do the same as Q, put your tongue on the top of your mouth. Hope this helps. 😊
