Qingyi boosts the stun dmg multiplier applied to the enemy when they’re stunned. It’s essentially a debuff applied to the enemy while they’re stunned (just like Lycaon). Except Qingyi’s is an 80% stun multiplier increase.
Lycaon already felt busted with his stun multiplier increase and to know that Qingyi pushes that FURTHER. In combination with Nicole shredding Aether defense and Zhu yuan dealing more damage to stunned units. The amount of damage you can get from a single team is insane atm
@shinigan8292 I think Nicole can do both. It may take mindscapes to get the ether shred though, I can't remember. But the normal Def shred is on her normal attacks when you have her special bullets from reloading with her ex skill. And I'm pretty sure the ether shred is applied when you hold her ex skill to charge and enemies are hit by it.

She gives Aether% with her passive, but there is no aether shred, on her mindscapes she gives crits, energy to her own, anomaly accumulation, more energy field uptime/DMG, the +4 levels, but there is no aether shred

Qingyi increases the stun multiplier with her charged attack, so she does provide overall team damage boost, it's just that the weapon is too good in general for her
@jeremiahramirez1500 it's all about her subjugation stacks, level her passive and let your carry melt shit during daze. Lycaon is the best ice stunner for sure, him in an ice team is s tier, but qingyi works anywhere

Thing about Anton to know is that he's a reference to Kamina from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, which is a pretty fuckin' great anime. Even if you're not into guys, he's still a great character overall.

Qingyi stun DMG multiplier is a huge increase in team dps, especially if you are running a burst dps character. She also works with any Attacker, while both Koleda and Lycaon are tied to element and faction, so they don't have a great flexibility.
got Qingyi M1 C1 and it's the best thing that happened to my acc. she deals as much dmg as my Nekomata while stunning really fast, and so fun to play with!

Forgot one of the best parts about Lycaon. He's intangible during his Ex Skill, which can have a fairly long animation depending on whether or not you hold it, and a lot of incoming attacks will whiff in the middle of his charged basics. Trying to stun Nineveh with Lycaon vs. with Anby is like night and day, one time she started spinning and my Lycaon was able to completely ignore it with dodge counters and his Ex Skill.
I have all three and this is my opinion on that three stunners 1. Lycaon, Lycaon is my favorite one for his gameplay, he also helpful for reducing enemies ice def, and his skill made him immune to all damage, and that's really helpful because mostly his daze come from his charged skill (after his Ult) 2. Qingyi, the most recent one, and many people said the most OP one, i like her additional ability that didn't like the others (need same element or squad), because her additional ability will activated when there's attacker in the team, this is really helpful because you can place her in any team with this additional ability, everything of her is good except most of her daze came from basic and her charged attack which it's not immune to damage, so you still need to dodge when she applied daze to the enemy, this is the only catch i didn't really like it, i don't really hope the dev made her immune in her basic because that will be too much, but at least i hope the dev faster her Charged attack, or made her immune to any damage when charged attack, because her charged attack animation really took long time 3. Koleda belobog, if you don't have ice team or Qingyi, i'm gonna say she's better than Lycaon, because her daze is the fastest, i just need press one ex special skill and the normal enemy already got stunned, i know lycaon and qingyi need one ex special too to stunned the normal enemy, but because of the animation, Koleda is the fastest one so that's why i think she is better than lycaon if you don't have ice team, she also fire, so she can apply burn for additional more damage to enemies, the catch of her is her basic is much slower than lycaon, made her daze using basic is really took a long of time, and sometimes i miss her skill because not like lycaon and qingyi, she tackle past the enemy and hit the enemy from behind, Well because she tackled past the enemy sometimes her skill didn't hit the enemy 😂
Qingyi is allowed to dodge at any point during her basic attack string, and when the dodge counter finishes, she Immediately goes back to her N3 attack. As far as her charged attack goes, you can release it early at any point, she will get invincibility frames (with a very wide margine for error I might add), and counters. She also has interuption resistance and damage reduction during N3 and charged attacks. The devs did a good job in making sure Qingyi's kit flows flawlessly.
The video is just straight wrong and the comments know it lol Lycon is pretty much the ice only team stunner when you have Qingyi, as she ultimately adds far more to most teams then any other current stunner that isn’t part of there elemental teams.
I wish I got Queyi, instead i got Lycan, and I would have rather had gotten Koleda for my fire team!!!, at this point i am saving for one of the sons of calydon girls, don't know who as I could use both!!

I do love how stupid it is to compare them Sure compare Anby and Qingyi since they're both shock stunners, and you'll see that both of them have pro's and cons and team building preferences that make them work in different situations depending on what YOU want to do. Fact is Lycaon and Koleda are both different elements and factions and config with their teamwork buffs differently. All things to consider when building teams, luckily most of the characters in the game are functional (unlike Genshin where you have some characters that just don't actually do elemental damage beyond their ult), there really aren't "dud" characters so people can actually pick people they enjoy playing or looking at. And the game is far too young to be listening to people discuss meta, it's all uneducated theory crafting and guesses based on numbers that aren't even accurate.
So glad I got cinema 1 Lycaon. Hoping to grab cinema 2 for him when I reach 300 pulls, but kinda tempted to choose Rina for a full Victoria Housekeeping team with Corin

I would still try to get Qingyi while she's live to go with your Zhu Yuan and Nicole Otherwise Jane and Burnice would be the next big team, which I'm going for. But you'd need to get both if you don't already have Grace If that's too close to each other to save, you could also wait for 1.3 teasers and skip Burnice, because we might get Section 6 with Yanagi who seems to be Electric Anomaly to go with Jane as well, but it's not confirmed

@@attende8864 You should always get the character you like most, that comes before meta But like I said, the next best picks would probably be Jane and Burnice together, but if you can't get both, Jane is probably the better choice because she's good DPS anomaly and could stand by herself while Burnice is more of a support anomaly And Jane is probably future proof, to mix and match with other anomaly characters later down the year But that's just my guess and opinion and I just really like Jane's fast gameplay, no downtime when dodging, while Piper feels like an engine that won't start Just follow your heart and intuition with the characters you like, lol
I think if you have “The Restrained” it’s just as good as her signature. For A-ranks, I’d say “Steam Oven,” “Demara Battery,” and “Six Shooter” are her best.
Just use Anby's signature that you get for free because it increases impact while giving electro damage, the cooking hot pot for er, and the in stone one for impact and stun damage.
@@Fishwithshoes steam oven gives her all the good stats, it has ER as main stat but she gains up to 21% Impact with the Engine's passive, which is higher than the other engines
