Video helped me to put it together since it came with no instructions..rolling my eyes..But you don't need the 2 extra black pieces on top to the right. For some reason he put them on there and posted video without realizing it, maybe?

The inside part of the poles came stuck in the wrong angle and I get them unstuck, any tips?

How did you get the metal cylinders around the black pieces?

I just now put mine together. You have to really shove them hard.
