There are tutorials on RUclips that show how to do this alteration if the sleeves are long enough. If they are not, you could add a band of contrast color up higher on the sleeve or at the elbow that would make it look less obvious you changed it. It is not a difficult thing to do even if you need to hand stitch.
I'm not a fan of wearing white either, but I the texture of the fabric and the way you designed it! 😍🥰😍🤍🤍🤍 Especially the sleeves with the thumb cut out! 😍🤍💯

I absolutely love how you did this! Lining the front (I’d have lined the back, too, but I’m old and don’t need folks seeing my wrinkles and post-baby stretch marks LOL) was GENIOUS. Lining the crotch is a no-brainer. The photos you did get are fantastic. Good job!

That fabric comes in other colors yellow, orange, navy blue. I brought two of the colors in a shirt from SHEIN I love the texture. I would love to see it in a blue color as a dress.

My trick for white leotards is to double line them i prefeer one white layer and one skin tone layer. Yours turned out so cute!
