Fantastic and informative comparison between the two. Thank you very much for your thoughts on both. I am a beginner at fitness and have been doing Orangetheory for four months now, having lost 40 pounds. I love the handholding instructions by the coaches, and they are very encouraging. But I am also intrigued by the more weightlifting focus of F45 and will try the trial week sometime.
I am curious to hear your thoughts on your pros and cons with Crossfit. I tried it several years ago and it was a bit too intense / advanced for my fitness ability, but perhaps it's something I can do as I get better.
Crossfit is exactly that-quite intense and, in my opinion, a lot for some. I found myself to be too sore from it day in and day out, which is why as I get older I prefer F45. But some people adore it. To each their own, I suppose
At my F45 the trainers go through the whole routine and show you all of the exercises prior to the class. I absolutely love it.

Wow!!!!! That is amazing! Congrats and well done. I think they both have a place and OTF has clearly worked wonderfully for you. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I'm a Gemini and you just described my experience.
Real gyms offer more for less money
More equipment, sure, but you if you have no idea what to do in them, it's kind of pointless
