The thing that fascinates me whenever I watched this episode was that the fatter sister got even fatter and her forehead gained weight. It protruded outwards.
My college professor even had a mini-class trying to explain the possibilities of the body developing fat on the forehead. There tends to be some inflammation but not outright forehead "gut" like she had.

I'm a nurse, and I've actually seen a obese elderly person, we had to call a special ambulance to get them to the hospital, I swear, I've been a nurse for about 19/20 years, & never saw a bariatric ambulance.. never knew they existed, there is only 2 of them in the city I live in.. 😢
