Tax is only necessary because we let private citizens print and control our money. If say the Federal Reserve was owned by American citizens and they printed their own money like JFK and Abraham Lincoln wanted there would be no national debt and there would be no need for tax. Infrastructure roads get made by necessarily. When a business opens up the roads just need to be put in for that business the people would just do it. The richest countries don't pay tax. Libya under moammar gadhafi never paid tax and there was not allowed to be interest charged on any loans. He wanted to start a farm you were just given everything you needed land equipment animals whatever. If you wanted an education you were given an education.
