I used 2 dance 4 hours every night. 2 years ago I tried 2 dance again, fell n2 the closet door, 6 months of Chiro visits 4 a locked shoulder or watever he said it was, got even older, recently retired, gained 16lbs, & look like HELL, all because I stopped dancing 😢

I love love to dance. Don't have any dancing training. Back in Jamaica my friends say I look crazy (didn't care and dance any way); but here in the 🇺🇸 USA they love my dancing spirit and vibes. I don't care if I look crazy or if they say I am too old to be dancing like that. Dancing has always destress me, ( swimming and cycling too). If I want to let off sone steam I go dancing. Just enjoy yourself and its clean good fun. You still got the moves and the more you dance the more you feel alive. If It makes you feel good dont regret it. Love it..
