Dayang is a Tausog word meaning Darling. Those moves are based on Tausog dances. One of the Tribes of Muslims of southern Mindanao.

They're promoting a brand that endorses them at the ending skit. Check out their video called "Dito" (tr. - here) in which they're promoting the brand and featuring current prominent Filipinos excelling in many kinds of careers.
