Bro my phone is in recovery mode and I gave it in the shop and they reinstalled iOS and still it's in recovery mode, so they said flash ic is gone. Pls help

Rotate the air gun and blow slowly for about a minute

Look up its IMEI and Wifi address and Bluetooth address, and rewrite them and unbind.
