one disadvantage of No LMI - if u need to switch your bank before 20% repayment , pay another LMI. or stay with the initial lender no matter what.

In Australia I doubt whether there is anything called buyers market ever for property market! 2 out of 3 properties going for Auction is sold before the auction ! But its such a great feeling at least to find buyers market , in youtube 😢
