Saftpresse We knew there was some risk doing a cover of this song since it's a classic. Some will like both this version and the original, and others will always only be able to listen to the original song and think this version is trash. Just like how some people like EDM while others hate it, different people have different tastes. We had a lot of fun making this cover though. Thanks so much 😊
But.. do people even understand music? I mean cover songs are made to show your own skill and your own style. By making a cover no one is saying ''Ours is better''. In my eyes, it's more like showing respect to the original artists. Like, ''hey, we really like this song and we should try it ourselves with our own style!''. I just see no reason to dislike a cover. Your cover is great -in my opinion- and even if it was horrible, I would never give a dislike to someone trying to cover a song they like, as barely someone makes a cover so state ''that the cover is better than the original''. I never heard an artist saying this from a song they covered.
