Jysk is someone/something from Jylland (Jutland), Denmark.
So the Jutland dialects as a group are called 'jysk', there are several different dialects in Jutland though. A person from Jutland is jysk etc.
It's like saying English, Spanish, Japanese or whatever, just a regional name instead of a national one.
The original name "Jysk Sengetøjslager" means it's a "Sengetøjslager" from Jutland. Sengetøj is the Danish word for everything that has to do with the bed and bedroom. Duvets, blankets, pillows etc. and "lager" is "Storage" or "Warehouse".
I'm not really sure what the English word is for it though. Jutlandish? Jutish? No clue, never had to translate it in my life. :P

So ein Gequatsche, Gewinne maximieren, Löhne senken, Personal minimieren und immer junge dynamische Mitarbeiter, die kosten am wenigsten und man kann sie so schön dumm machen. Ich wünsche dem guten Larsen eine astreine Insolvenz!
