The handcrafted Dioramas just blew my mind. They look gorgeous.

@@HybridAngelZero His RPG's always have that special 'magic' that's missing in the games he doesn't have writing credits on. FF 1-7 & 9. Amazing! FF 8 & 10 are ok, but you can tell he was much more removed from making them, some ingredients are missing in them. Don't even get me started on FF 12, 13, 15 & 16!

The dimengeon system seems like such a good idea, looking forward to trying it and fighting huge groups.
It’s so satisfying! Super fun to just decimate enemies in big groups! There’s even a boss where you fight 100 enemies and it’s so much fun to try to defeat them as quickly as you can!
i remember seeing the gameplay of this game a few years ago , looking it up to see what systems its on only to find out that it was only on apple arcade! i was so mad!😅😅 but now its on everything and i cant wait! nice review Alex.
Although it was frustrating I think it’s important to say that the game wouldn’t exist without Apple’s investment and support. They funded it and got the long exclusivity in return.

The entire soundtrack feels very much like 90s Uematsu! There’s a very good reason for that, which I hope to reveal tomorrow!
I am a huge fan of Final Fantasy, especially I-IX. Fantasian coming to console feels very much like IX, when Sakaguchi and Uematsu returned for the final PS1 entry as a "reflection" on the series thus far. Though it's not the same series, Fantasian gives me chills, like it's another direction the series could have gone than where it currently is. This isn't to say that I believe the series is currently bad: as a fan of the series, I just love anything that the team tries. Super excited about Fantasian, though.

This music is beautiful! I think I just found myself a new OST for my newborn 😌. I’ve been putting him to sleep on zelda, squaresoft, and jeremy soule music.
The soundtrack imo is one of Uematsu’s best works. He’s still got it!

I have waited so long for this to be available outside IOS, i really hope to get to it sooner rather than later. Just need to get DQ3 done and pay my respects to soul reaver remaster and this is next.

Hard choice, but bought the ps5 version. Maybe the switch version when on sale.
If there's one thing that's bugging me to no end, it's the text. There is absolutely zero flair to it, which is astounding coming from a developer who pioneered the bouncing damage numbers. For them to look so plain drags me out of battle footage immensely.
You know what it reminds me of? The text boxes in Final Fantasy VIII. It has a similar feel to it for me.

Hey Alex, as someone who has played both versions, would you say that Neo Dimension merits revisiting the game and giving it a second playthrough?
I mean, I did lol. I think the voice acting adds a bit more character to it. Oh and playing with various FF themes are a great bonus!
