You got to make it then an even slower process to change your eating habits. I'm a binge eater but can get my butt in the gym 2 to 3 times a week and do some extra cardio during the weekend. But I have been struggling to eat right. So I went back to fasting since it helps me to be more disciplined. It's so hard, I want a burger and candy all the time.😂
Not only have you improved your health, but your Korean skills are increasing too! It's so nice because I remember seeing videos when you hardly spoke any Korean to your in-laws, and now you're revealing yourself having more and more conversations with them in Korean. It's so beautiful to see!
