No, you don’t need it, you want it. But the more this goes on the more I’m inclined to agree. They’re really banking on the battle hub, and the longer they continue to not release extra outfits the more people start not caring about the battle hub.

Yeah seems like this new engine makes it harder for them to do costumes. For SF5, they pumped new costumes almost every month. And now it’s been 4 months and we still don’t have any alternate costumes, aside from the second retro ones.
@@LucasSousaSF We still don't even have the Outfit 3 costumes for characters they already announced and showed concept art for. Don't count on Halloween costumes for existing characters coming this year,

I'm not sure either. I've only got a couple of guesses on this?
--Maybe Capcom wants to actually animate the Darkstalkers characters in a way completely different from the "hip-hop/graffiti" aesthetic of Street Fighter 6. Meaning the character sets play in much the same way but look completely different.
--Or . . .things are happening sooner than we think, and this is just a poll of sorts. So who do we want first? The Cat (Felicia), the Zombie (the Metal-playing Zombie), the Clown (Lilith? Hsien-Ko?), or the Toy (B.B. Hood/Bulleta)? There is a wrong answer in there. Don't pick the zombie, he was over-powered as all hell in the first two Darkstalkers games and people will complain if he goes first.

The fighting passes are always $5, and you get $5 worth of fighter coins if you complete it so it pays for itself. The collabs are what’s so expensive, and hopefully they’ll cut down the prices on them going forward

Because making actual good costumes takes time, a lot of consideration about the concept arts + they are working on various other things especially ED and Akuma; they have a big workflow and rushing it would be bad. Also makes no sense for that to be released so early considering the time frame of the previous game.
This is great for people who like avatar cosmetics BUT JUST GIVE US COSTUME 3.

You guys should have done this in the Darkstalker theme and made crossover costumes for the avatares or the actual characters, I really liked that from SFV, I wish made a return, including decorated alternative stages.

Ok, but you're forgetting to release new outfits for the characters. I've just seen a lot of cosmetics for avatars and nothing else for the characters. MK1 has a lot of alternative skins already

How about some character skins for a change instead of avatar skins all the time? For me the best part of a BP are still the music themes, I don't really care about the rest to be honest (stickers as well but not always).

You know at first I was afraid the avatar concept was gonna take away cosmetic attention from the actual characters, but I see that it’s actually the perfect way to allow for the completely ridiculous skins like this without being out of character for the real characters.
Capcom is just avoiding anything that has something to do with dark stalkers at this point...
Well, it would be a fair bit of work. Most of the cast of Darkstalkers have _elaborate_ animation for Street Fighter characters. Between that and balancing the characters out so nobody's OP? Capcom may or may not want to do them as a separate game? Or maybe it's a different take on the SF6 game system altogether? Beats me. :)
Could you just hire the people that did Street Fighter duels alternate costumes and just put them in here. I don't want any more avatar stuff I want things for the main characters please

@@WAT_ru_SERIOUS A.K.I came out literally days ago. Glad they are not rushing things only for impatient people satisfaction but for the quality of the product itself. In SF5 you have tons of costumes but for what? Game was barely fun and sucked to the point it almost got dead. I prefer to wait and get something worthy than just a placebo wth no long term enjoyment.
