Only thing I would say is I would not recommend a co-wash to clean your scalp. It is a conditioner and it will clog your follicles and can actually slow hair growth. So if you have buildup use shampoo not a co wash.
For me moisturizing and low manipulation followed by weekly or biweekly deep conditions and regular trims make my hair grow like a weed the more I cut the more it grows I prefer to keep my hair collar bone lenght when stretched because when it gets long the detangling process is a major struggle
@@reelreviews982 low manipulation is when you don't do too much in the styling process some good examples of low manipulation styles would be braid outs twist outs versus styles that put tention on the hair or require constant use of flat irons and appliances that use heat
Informative thank you (: and I don’t mean this in a rude way but I feel like you guys could’ve tried a little harder to make your back ground look nice and not so last minute put together. Just an observation (:
I used to sleep on a flannel pillow case with no head wrap. Yeah I ended up with a bald spot.
Where’s the list of healthy oils? Thanks!
