I am not sure how old this video is. Judging by their tracksuits and mustaches it looks like it's been filmed sometime in the 80's (early 90's the latest). But then I've never been to Norway, so i don't know how people dress or walk there in their daily lives. I was just curious if those mustaches are a fashion thing for men there today? The only ones I saw fashioning such looks in contemporary time are Arabs lol, and I doubt Norwegian people like them very much (judging by all the crime)

I guess on some people the mustache doesn't look to bad, but in my subjective view it kind of looks lame on most men lol, at least today it does not seem to fit with the general standards. But then again it is all very subjective. As long as people are happy that's what matters.
