Seems not too bad for 18 GBP. A kid could get creative with some of those parts.
You'll notice the instructions show the car entering from the front, but that wouldn't look so good as box artwork.

I used to have a street sweeper set. It has the same blue cylinder spikey pieces. (I still don't know what they're called.)
