Great alternative to expensive corner clamps! Ever run out of hands? The EZ Corner Clip solves the problem by keeping the sides of your box standing straight (and square) while you complete the joinery.
Using a couple clamps from your own shop, you’ll bring the
corners of your box together at a perfect 90 degree angle, ready
for simple butt joints (on the outside) or pocket hole joints (on the

This looks promising. How thick is the plastic ? Are they made with a 3D printer or injected molded plastic ?

It's a very sturdy ABS plastic (injected mold) that is a little over 3/16" thick.

Since when do you place a pocket whole on the inside of the draw ?
If you're talking about drawers...you're right - I would likely locate the pocket holes on the outside. Keep in mind, though, that the EZ Corner Clips are really made for building cabinets and bookcases, where it's usually better to place the pocket hole on the inside (where it remains hidden).
Thomas K not sure what you mean but I just started working on a dog house and that's exactly how I decided to join the sides. In addition to the framing and glue.

Too bad it won't work on 3/4 plywood cause it's not really 3/4
I'm hoping soon I can offer clips for several different board sizes (1/2, plywood, etc.). However, as I mention in the video, the EZ Corner Clips are designed for 1x lumber (3/4). I"ve found this size of board to work really well for building all kinds of boxes, cabinets, shelves, bookcases.
Disadvantage: It only accepts 3/4'' lumber, unlike a clamp which can vary its width.
True...the EZ Corner Clips are designed for 1x boards only. This allowed me to keep the cost (about $4 each clamp) well below what other tool manufacturers charge for a corner clamp (between $20 - $40 each). I chose 3/4 inch because 1x boards are probably the most common board size that DIY project builders use for constructing boxes, bookcases, etc. Good news is that I'll be adding some new clip sizes soon.
