I luv beadaholique! learned how to make rings and everybody luved them. even my brother took one right off my finger and it fit his pinky. thank u for the how to videos.
Great video, I found a great deal for DMC 7767 hot fix glass crystals but I'd rather use Gem Tac as my adhesive because I am bejeweling leather sneakers (Nike af1). Is there any easy way to remove the adhesive off the foil so I can use them as non hot fix stones? Should I soak them in alcohol or wipe them with alcohol or what can I do to use these stones with e6000 or Gem Tac, please help, I don't want to pass up the price of these stones. Each one will average to $0.007/stone. Unbelievable, I know, please help. Also in your opinion are 7767 DMC stones just as beautiful or comparible in quality to 2088 Swarovski Elements?
Which beat to use for cell phone case or things of that nature which stronger flat backs or hit fix also for fabric project are hotfix will stay and not fall out?
I think hotfix stones would work well for a cellphone case project. They're designed to work on fabric, but in our experience they work best on fabric that doesn't need to bend and flex a lot. I'd use them on a t-shirt or jacket, but not leggings. For a long lasting hold on flexible fabric that's being stretched often you'll want to use E6000.
I make cheer bows with rhinestones and a heat press. With hot fix Swarovski crystals can it use a heat press with them? Or do I have to do them one by one?
Oh wow, that is a great question and honestly I am not sure since I have never worked with a heat press. I did do a quick search for you and I did see lots of people mentioning and recommending using a heat press with the hot fix crystals. I am sorry I can not provide a more concrete answer.
Similar names but different sizes, I just bought some 2032 batteries yesterday by chance and they're much larger. In fact the four digit Swarovski numbers aren't a scale, they only indicate the color. The scale you'll most often see used for Swarovski crystals is stone size, abbreviated ss
Yes these are genuine Swarovski stones but unfortunately since this video was made a few years ago and Swarovski has stopped selling to jewelry and craft stores they're getting very hard to find. We only a handful of rhinestones left right now: beadaholique.com/collections/crystal-beads?_=pf&pf_t_product_type=0-Product-Type%3ACrystal%20Flatback%20Rhinestones&pf_st_availability=true
+zamus2004 I have never attempted the exact application that you are describing but in theory I think it should work. I would definitely do a test swatch first - either with scrap leather or in a very hidden spot of your headboard. Is there any chance your pillow will rub against the crystals over time? This could be an issue, I am not sure how durable this will be if it sees a lot of wear.
That was very very helpful for me. THANX for making this video... now I know what size swarovski crystals I need to buy to use for my nails! 😄👍👍💅

Sounds like 2038 & 2058 for crystals is similar to one of the watch battery scales, no?

@@beadaholique cool, thanks
Glad to help, let me know if you have any other questions, we sell a lot of Swarovski.
whats the difference between 2058 and 2088 stones?
The main difference is the shape of the facets. The 2088 stones have triangle shaped facets, while the 2058 are more square.
Will the 5ss shine just as the bigger ones.
They sure will! Swarovski rhinestones are very reflective. Thanks for watching!
Which size and color do you think shines the best
Papp Jo AB crystal or clear, both by swarvoski
AB colors or shimmers. Both have great shine. I use both 😃
are these genuine

can i use nonfix with hot glue on leather ( for my bed headboard)

You can actually use hot fix rhinestones with glue. They actually stick better because their backs have a matte finish, not shiny.
Ripley me comments please
