This guy's amazing, the fact that he hasn't broken every bone in his body with how much he trains is incredible. All though he has rest days I'd say he's a very hard worker. He achieves the body he wants, all though he has taken steriods it still needs to be noted that you have to achieve that body, those substances just make it easier.
