Seth you just broke my ear drums with that laugh over shower designs my headphones were turned up lol 😭😭😭 that was the loudest I've heard you laugh this far
I really like Seth's insights to how a firm can/must consciously recruit ''in'' and recruit ''out'' its staff as a part of its business model/strategy.

I would love to listen more about Seth's point of view on Gary. Because I came from Seth's school of thought but lately have been impacted a lot by Gary's mentality.
agree...there are lots of ways to get it done: Seth's way. Gary's way... I've interviewed over 200 of what could be some of the smartest people in business...and i'm implementing a little from each that suits me to make it my own.
In your opinion what are the most debatable piece of advice Gary are teaching right now? IMHO it's the preaching and worshiping of nonstop connectivity and holding/using a smartphone 24/7
WF FILMS Gary is my friend, so let me say that up front. I think the most important thing to keep in mind when listening to advice from anyone, is that that’s what worked for them and you have to do what’s right for you. What Gary values and what Ivalu in many ways seem to be very different. For example, time away from my family the way Gary does it could never work for me. I value time with them too much and although my work is important and means a lot, my family means the world to me.
Super thanks for sharing your thoughts. Loving your channel. I'm totally with you on really investing and valuing time with our family. And I don't know if "it worked for them", professional success and influence don't mean that a person is doing it the right way. Only his wife and children and maybe the closest friends really know. But I wish the very best for him. I'm just concerned with his approach because he influences millions.
I like Gary Vee as well, and have a couple of his books, but sometimes get frustrated with his style, and the interrupting on his show drives me crazy when I watch it. Seths answer was the definition of class.
@@BehindtheBrand I have been and thank you. Recently watched the saved my life video. Shocking but glad it worked out for you. I'm going through a really difficult time myself right now.
I thought about the newton of apple and i watch the ads, then i just get the idea that was ahead of his time that needed some mainstream features. Pretty cool product i would have one to play with.
Every marketing executive talks as if they have a crack team of top talent specialists whilst creating mulch standard work. Seth is fantastic at targeting the softest audience (marketing) and talks directly to their egos, the words they want to hear.
Gary’s interruptive nature causes a one sided conversation. In which Gary V is always right and everyone else is always left not finishing their question.
@1:29 Steven pressfield @4:12 tom peters helps their employees to improve their CV as he doesn't want people to stay because they have no more options. You want to be the place of choice
I can see how from the outside looking in you might not see the big picture. But please keep in mind that I went to great expense (6-figures) to bring Seth Godin in for this exclusive event. On top of that I have the expense of my team producing, filming and editing. You have to sit thru a couple of skippable ads to get access to incredibly high value content that you would otherwise have to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for by attending an equivalent event in person. That seams like a pretty fair trade.
Seriously, how does someone have this much insight AND the ability to share it so eloquently.
#SethIsMyHero
agreed Mark
bloggin everyday for a long long time I guess
Thinking very hard for 20 years
Seth you just broke my ear drums with that laugh over shower designs my headphones were turned up lol 😭😭😭 that was the loudest I've heard you laugh this far
Jeff Bezos has a scarier laugh 😂
This series is gold. Thanks Bryan!
Thanks for watching Ash
Seth Godin is actually a cool dude and he gets .”IT”...

Wow. This is absolte gold.
The short discussion between 7:31 and 8:05 is so simple & articulate. It explains many poor decisions I made over the last decade 🤣
Gary’s interruptive nature causes a one sided conversation. In which Gary V is always right and everyone else is always left not finishing their question.
Exactly exactly
Yes to all of this❤ Seth is a Gem💯
agree

Ouch, that opening question would knock me down... Seth makes it sound like the best question he’s had...
Seth is very wise

Your video of someone else's brilliance is only 10:00 minutes long... Yet you thought it was a good idea to include ads.

I didn’t have any ads, but then I have RUclips Premium, because my time is too valuable to sit through ads. IJS.
