If you got money to hire you got money to pay current employees a good wage
They won't pay you good wages to the people , that's why they need to hire more people , remember 40 years to retire . Also you only get 5 days PTO.
Jesus just pay your existing employees more money so that there's less turn over putting more work and stress on them you'll also need to get rid of the ones that don't take their jobs seriously that also puts unwanted stress and strain on the good qualified workers it's amazing how these places are ran and they expect things to run the way its supposed to and to keep level head employees. My son is a apprentice here and boy does he have some stores and fingers need to be pointing to the ones you can't see you know the ones who line their pockets ,you can't always put the blame on employees because who allowing things to keep going south? or who is in charge of making improvements for a better work climate and atmosphere? so that things get done and you keep good employees and not clowns around there crack down on it and stop leave it to your good employees to continually have to train and show people what to do rather that doing their own jobs because of lack of proper hiring the door keeps swinging back and forth and the burden is left on you guessed it the good employees with no accommodations or concern so the CEO or the higher heads are responsible.
