This is quite literally one of the best animations I have seen in ROBLOX, my only complaint would be that you should use more Black Mesa voicelines for the soldiers, they feel more like NPCs than actual people.
With the Black Mesa voicelines you can hear them being conflicted about killing the staff inside the complex, some of them even straight up questioning why they should do that in the first place.

I really like the animation! the graphics and smooth style to the gore is what's getting me hooked. Always give's me inspiration to make something like this in the future. Although, I did find a few scenes unrealistic, like the Scene where Lance throw's the grenade back at the Marines or whatever, or where they took down all those soldier's with only one casualty (But it is what it is + plot armour for our MC's).
Overall I'd give it an 8/10, stupidly good for a Roblox animation! Hope you do more of these videos!

Man I'm laughing so hard when they shoot the police. Without a miss the shot until the zombie horde comes they have a bad aim now. This reminds me of Fear The Walking Dead the Horde Walker invading Military Base. And the army has a storm trooper aim

Inaccuracies I found so far:
6:05 grenade about 3-4 secs, supposed to be 5
6:56 not the correct way to breach, one person should’ve covered that corner and went further in to check. no wonder they died
9:15 standing out in the open so exposed, who trained them to do so? They are supposed to move from cover to cover. If there is no cover, prone or provide covering fire for infantry to move up to cover
9:39 grenade took 8-9 seconds. Main characters having plot armor rn 💀💀
10:40 where are the troops? There are more than 6, I know that. Did they just leave the area?

This episode was great in my opinion and leaves us with three new new stories in a way,how Caleb survived,what happened to the prisoners(Might be later revealed in Decay),and if Tim survives. Also Henriks death was real unexpected to me.

Hey nice work! but one thing I’d suggest is including a few civilian looking zombies in there, probably from civilians rushing in trying to find shelter in the police station or just local campers/civilians who just happened to wander in the police station, and maybe prisoner zombies in the mix for horde scenes so that its not too comical that theres this many police officers, still though, nice animation! 👍
Slight inaccuracy, in 9:37, the grenade was pulled and was thrown at 9:39 and the officer threw it back at 9:45 , if I'm correct, most fragmentation grenades explode within 4-5 seconds so the frag should've exploded in his hand killing him. I don't blame you, he is indeed the main character

Those soldiers have the accuracy of an average hecu grunt
And the protag has the plot armor of Barney from Blue Shift
Personally, I think that this animation is one of the best roblox animations I've ever seen. However, I have some feedback.
I think some of the conversations with the soldiers are a little too scripted. They don't talk to each other like they're colleagues, and it feels too unnatural. You can have them engage in small talk instead of asking each other to stay alert.
Secondly, when soldiers are clearing the garage at 7:00, they should have all entered through the front door instead of the first soldier wasting time to open the larger door. And have them clear the whole room before letting their guard down. Basically, make sure that the soldiers are being tactical, so that they feel like more of a threat.
Thirdly, there should be a larger group of soldiers entering and clearing each room. Each squad should probably have about 9 people in them, depending on the unit.
And for the car shootout scene, from the time the soldier threw the grenade, to the time the officer threw it back is more than 8 seconds. A typical M67 Grenade would have exploded in 4-5 seconds. Maybe you could have the officer duck for cover with the 2 other officers at the back of the car.
Lastly, I remember there being heavily armed vehicles at the entrance of the compound, which disappeared at the end of the episode so that the car can safely head to a medical center. I think you can have them go to an infirmary in the prison/police academy as that would be closer and safer.
Overall I think that it is a great video, and there has been a lot of improvement from the first episode. These are just some of my suggestions to help you improve.

An intelligent soldier zombie who can shoot.
After they run out of ammo, they then run 2x times faster with a grenade unpinned.

In my headcanon these military people aren’t special forces in anyway, just a local national guard garrison deployed as a quick response force to try anf hold off and do everything they can before the actual spec ops arrive. That’s why they’re using M81 in the modern day and have such ass aim.
Gotta love how the Military Equipment is so accurate, except for the guns😭🙏 they gotta use an M4 Carbine, since it is the Washington State National Guard.
I like how this is heavily inspired from half life blue shift but in a different story line.

Just saying but the US Military do not use Full Automatic for their Soldiers, they're trained to use Semi-Automatic for better accuracy, especially the Marines
The M50 gas mask tye military using are blocking their own vision fully, that's why they they bad aim
If you ask a military personnel or somebody that have join the branches, i think mostly of them saying M50 Gas mask are very bad to wear in Long range
that's a m40 gas mask, not a m50 gas mask.

To make an animation more realistic, you should make the character's torso go back a little bit fron the recoil when shooting, and you should remove the bullet tracers since in real life, there is no tracer, but if you add a modification to add a light on the back of the bullet, there will be a tracer.

Ay I’d recommend just overall sorta studying what you want your artstyle to look like, whether that be taking some notes on other games n stuff
Though as for textures I’d recommend searching stuff like PBR textures/realistic textures on roblox studio.
Although sadly you’re gonna have to make your own map since theres not any high quality maps on roblox studio for free, though making a map with props n stuff can be sped up from using the right free models that fit your style, hope this helps!
