Mumbai BMW Crash Update | Mihir Shah, 24, son of a Shiv Sena leader, rammed his BMW into a scooter, killing Kaveri Nakhwa and injuring her husband Pradeep. Shah allegedly reversed over Kaveri before fleeing, abandoning the car, and removing the number plate. He called his girlfriend 40 times during the incident and later hid with his family. Shah was produced in court on July 10. The incident has raised questions about government connections, with opposition parties alleging links to the state government. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde promised that the guilty will not be spared.
