That's so true, it's the little rules we live by each day that add up over time.

To clarify, I believe Matt’s 2-day rule is that you can’t have *more than* two days off in a row. It’s not that you can’t have two days off. Small distinction but wanted to mention it!
I thought that's what I said. If you exercise on Monday, you can take Tuesday off, but you MUST exercise on Wednesday, Apologies if I mixed up my words.
I do certainly need to have the ‘respond to messages within 48 hours’ rule, as that’s certainly one of my bad habits. 😞

I would say since the dawn of time there have been rules. 200,000 years ago, rule number 1: Find food. Rule number 2: Avoid sabre tooth tigers.

What webcam is that on your monitor?
It’s a Lumina, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The colours are awful and I’ve gone back to using a Logitech Brio.
I tell myself i'll do it but then i end up so tired after school and a lack of sleep that I just don't do the work.
I would ask: why am I so tired after school? Is it a sleep issue or something else?
As a rule: Exercising the day after a vaccination is not a good idea… other than that: very useful !
Fortunately, I very very rare I get vaccinated.
