I already know that the sheath will be awesome just like all your leather work, but i'm still looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Great video, Chris. I like the Manila file folder as a template. I hadn’t thought of that before, so thanks for the education. Looking forward to the next episode.

Use to use beer boxes but I like these better haha!

Well the file folders are cheaper than the beer boxes too. Lol! Or...uhmmm...so I’ve heard. ;-)

Great first video! Exactly what I need right now, and from exactly the right person. It was interesting to see you make a pattern, as I’ve sort of just intuited my way through it, but it looks very similar to what you do. You have a nice trick of cutting out half the pattern to flip it over and trace it though. I will definitely be doing that. Can’t wait for the next part!

Your ax work is mighty fine. Wedge work especially. Do you have those wedges available? I’m so glad you decided to do a sheath video. Maybe you should offer a leather kit. Leather, needle, twine brass etc. all that you need to make a sheath except of course the pattern.
I thought I saw that you have hit the 5000 subscriber milestone. Congratulations. I enjoy the videos and that you respond to most comments.

Thank you! I bought those wedges from Thrane axe and tool. I don't really sell wedges. Almost at 5k! Looks like 19 to go!!!

    Good morning Chris!!😀😀
When did you get the boys their new friends?? Now they will get twice as much done cleaning up the property.
Can you show them off to us?

Just got them last weekend. I'll definitely be showing more of them. They are a bit shy so I have been letting them get used to things. They are a great bunch of goats! Cant wait to see what they can do! Stay warm!

Is this a response to Bellhopper's recent axe sheath vid, lol? He admitted he had no idea what he was doing but it turned out okay.
