Feel like making something that is not necessary but somehow nice to have...
In this video, I am going to make a leather sheath for a hatchet!!!

Nice project Gary! Even making a hatchet sheath is a good bit of work. Good to see some stamping going on. That came out really nice. I have a couple of old hatchets, a double bit ax and a single bit ax that I need to make sheaths for. Watching you was a good warm-up. I'll save them as winter projects. i do have very shape shovels for the garden tools with the hoes all of the garden tools do have sheaths for then all i have different colour handles for black dirt to gravel to how to shape i have them too as to the garden now to when my parent had it rocky ground removed that dirt and put a wooden box around the garden space to and put black dirt back there to have the new area all of the beds are rise up to
The sheath is worth more than the hatchet.
